This was a great experience. The service was great and very quick. I had the cables replaced after they broke. The price was good and the work was excellent. Awesome experience! My garage door spring snapped right in the middle of Covid19 social distancing, and I was worried about getting someone to come out. Precision answered my call early in the morning, and less than 90 minutes later Dave was at my house! He was knowledgeable, helpful, understanding of the need to budget for future improvements, and just a friendly person. He also was careful to maintain distance between us and not touch surfaces due to the pandemic. Could not have asked for a better experience. Thank you!

Called at 8pm on a Sunday as the torsion spring had broke on my garage door. Made an appointment for 10am the next day. Dave Ackley called ahead, came out and arrived on time. Knew exactly what to do, had the parts, replaced the spring in about 15-20 minutes, lubed and tested the door. Couldn't ask for anything more.

Chose Precision because of prior experience. Dave, the technician,is very personable and explained the problem and then fixed it. As it turns out, after Dave explained that the problem might not be permanently fixed, Precision is returning in a few days with a permanent solution, replacing the old sensor motors with all new equipment since the existing motors are almost 20 years old.
