Precision Door Service is FANTASTIC! This is how a traditional business adapts to the modern world by leveraging online tools such as Chat now and taking advantage of introducing the company and its employees on its web page. The entire scenario of the initial call, Ron's visit for a quote, and Dave's installation for the new garage doors and opener -- all this was terrific, awesome, professional, and exceeding all expections. I cannot imagine using anyone else for garage door concerns. Dave was early, so instead of nursing any personal concerns via cell phone or otherwise, he simply volunteered to help me with the moving of the final items out of the way and out of the garage. What a great fellow! Then he methodically went on to install doors and opener all the while having a beyond A+ attitude plus clearly knowing completely what he was doing. Bottom line I want Dave to consider expanding his services to all elements of home repair & remodel, all automotive and boating repairs and fixes, plus maybe he could do some dentistry & medicine, etc., etc., that is -- this guy was fabulosooooooooooooo.... what an assest to the company-- he should clearly deserve extra entries into the company's monthly drawings for employee fishing retreats to the mountain lakes & of course the company's annual employee drawings for the south seas Bahamas trips!!!

It took a little time for the garage doors to arrive from the manufacturer but it was well worth the wait. The actual installation went as smooth as silk. Dave and Fred arrived on time and went to work immediately. They were installing two single garage doors after they had removed the old wooden doors. They asked us questions whenever there was an option available and completed the installation on time and to our complete satisfaction. They cleaned up after themselves as if it were their own home.
