In our free time, my wife and I love to get out on the water kayaking or fishing for Bass and Pike. I am a big Sports fan and follow everything from Baseball to Nascar. Precision Door Service is FANTASTIC! This is how a traditional business adapts to the modern world by leveraging online tools such as Chat now and taking advantage of introducing the company and its employees on its web page. In the past I automatically called the company that installed my garage doors simply because that is the first number I found on the sticker on my door, however this time my door broke on a Saturday, and my traditional service was not open. Precision made it easy for me to find them with a simple search that showed me consistent 5 star ratings which brought me to their site. From there I used chat and within seconds someone answered, within minutes I had a service call scheduled for later that day, and within seconds form there I received an email confirming the time of my appointment and the name of the service individual, Dave Ackley, who was scheduled to perform the repair. Dave Ackley phoned that he could be at my house a little earlier than estimated which worked out fine. Dave diagnosed the issue, offered me the estimate for the work, and provided me with other options that I might be interested in. The work was performed quickly and for a reasonable price. I highly recommend Precision Door Service and would use again.

This is the second time I have used your company for a garage door issue. I have been extremely pleased with the integrity and work one by each technician (I have had Dave and Drew). They give an honest assessment and advice. The work is done well and in a timely manner. They,also, have been early to the appointment both times after calling ahead. I would certainly use them again and recommend them in a heartbeat.

The entire scenario of the initial call, Ron's visit for a quote, and Dave's installation for the new garage doors and opener -- all this was terrific, awesome, professional, and exceeding all expections. I cannot imagine using anyone else for garage door concerns. Dave was early, so instead of nursing any personal concerns via cell phone or otherwise, he simply volunteered to help me with the moving of the final items out of the way and out of the garage. What a great fellow! Then he methodically went on to install doors and opener all the while having a beyond A+ attitude plus clearly knowing completely what he was doing. Bottom line I want Dave to consider expanding his services to all elements of home repair & remodel, all automotive and boating repairs and fixes, plus maybe he could do some dentistry & medicine, etc., etc., that is -- this guy was fabulosooooooooooooo.... what an assest to the company-- he should clearly deserve extra entries into the company's monthly drawings for employee fishing retreats to the mountain lakes & of course the company's annual employee drawings for the south seas Bahamas trips!!!

Dave was actually one hour earlier than the appointed time . He called ahead which was great. Service was terrific. He explained the needed repair and checked out several other doors for possible problems. I rate this company a 5 and will use them again.

It took a little time for the garage doors to arrive from the manufacturer but it was well worth the wait. The actual installation went as smooth as silk. Dave and Fred arrived on time and went to work immediately. They were installing two single garage doors after they had removed the old wooden doors. They asked us questions whenever there was an option available and completed the installation on time and to our complete satisfaction. They cleaned up after themselves as if it were their own home.

Dave was courteous enough to call me right after his job and came over to assess my situation. He found the problem; allowed the door to close and lock. He was also able to measure the doorway and offer me an estimate for new doors, which I was already contemplating.
