Hello, my name is Dave Ackley. Operations Manager at Precision Door Service of Rochester. When I am not working on garage doors, I enjoy spending time at home with my wife. In our free time, my wife and I love to get out on the water kayaking or fishing for Bass and Pike. I am a big Sports fan and follow everything from Baseball to Nascar. I look forward to meeting you, and finding solutions for a safe and effective repair to your garage door.

The Precision employee arrived slightly ahead of the appointment time after calling to let me know he was on the way. He was knowledgeable and gave us recommendations and estimates on the repair. The repair was made quickly and all in all the service was professional and everyone we had contact with was courteous. I would highly recommend them if you need repairs done right and in a timely manner.

OMG, called at 2 pm, tech was here by 3, job finished by 4. unbelievable service, above and beyond my expectations. I saw the billboard on the way home from work and gave them a call, so glad I did. Just as we were wrapping up our Sunday evening, I went to put the garage door down, went in the house, and we all heard an enormous, scary, CRUNCH: the door had come off the tracks and was hanging precariously. We didn't want to leave it that way all night, and called Precision to see if they could come out. Not only were they there within the hour, but explained what the issues were and helped us to understand that we'd be needing to replace the door within the year--and we could definitely see why. Great service, reasonable price, and friendly!

Amidst the March 2017 winter storm that hit out region, our garage door spring broke. I called Precision for repair in the early evening. I inquired about emergency services and they offered me service that evening. Dave A. was great. He prompted me with a call and was extremely friendly upon arrival. He assessed the problem and provided me with options to resolve the issue without any pressure. He did a great job and worked diligently. Within 2 hours from the time I called for service the repair was complete. I was extremely pleased with the service and would highly recommend them! Thank you!!!

This service was awesome ! I called on SUNDAY & made an appt. for Monday. ( I was so surprised that an appt. would be made on Sunday .) The technician arrived , EARLY , and explained everything : the sensors had to be cleaned and aligned. He made some suggestions about future care, and even changed a battery in one of the remotes . He was extremely professional. I highly recommend them . 5 stars !

This is the second time I have used this service and their name says it all. The first time I had Ron the owner appear at my house and do the service. You can tell a lot by working with the owner of a business and he was great. This time I had Dave Ackley who arrived on time and offered some suggestions as well as giving me the estimate in advance.
