I was very pleased with Felix, my technician. He was prompt, courteous and informative. Can't ask for any more than that. Also, Precision was easy to schedule. I will recommend.

Needed a repair on a side cable. I didn't catch that one of the lift springs snapped as well. Felix pointed it out and it was a no brainer to fix both springs, cables and center bearing. He also pointed out the wear on the track wheels. All said and done, Felix was very efficient and quick. He explained everything I asked, and he had time to look and change the wheels on the second door. Highly recommend, and it saved me a lot of headaches! He even had time to talk football!

Felix was the best. He suggested new rollers which make the door operation smooth and quiet. The spring replacement was difficult due to the minimal spa e to slide it on the steel shaft, but he got it done perfectly. Will highly recommend Precision to neighbors with problems. A+++++++

I have worked with Precision door twice and have had a great experience both times. Scheduling was easy, fast and convenient. This time I knew my garage door opener was broken. And the tech (Felix) clearly explained what exactly was wrong and what it would cost to repair or replace. I chose to replace the opener. The tech was efficient and I could see that he really double checked all the fittings on the garage door to ensure that it would be running smoothly and optimally, which is especially important to me in my 1920 built house with heavy old garage doors. He took the time to explain all of the features of the new opener and helped me reset the keypad. Really outstanding. I would heartily recommend this business.

We just had a new garage door installed. Excellent experience from start to finish! Oustanding communication and customer service. Ron, the owner, even came over himself to install mounting brackets on our garage door opener at no extra cost. Their garage door prices are the best in town. Highly recommend!

My garage door opener would not work. Found the spring had broken. Since this is something that does not happen very often, once in a lifetime, we had no idea who to contact. We of course did an online search and discovered your website. I was sold just by reading the reviews and the "Calls answered by live operator 24 hours" Made an appt for the very next day. I appreciated the txt and the photo of the technician. And the call from the technician with an arrival time. Technician inspected and determined the cost/time. He replaced broken spring and lube'd the rails etc. and completed the job quickly. I highly recommend the Precision Garage Door Service. We are very happy with the professionalism of the technician and this company. Thank you!!

He explained all my options for fixing the garage door moving forward and never made me feel rushed or pressured to make a certain decision. Thank you so much Felix!

I was able to get an appointment for our garage door repair for the next day. The technician, Felix was right on time, very professional, and immediately identified the problem. He was able to get the new rollers and installed them very quickly and securely. He then inspected the entire track, making sure it was clean and lubricated properly and told me everything was now Safe and Repaired. The work was completed quickly, safely, and accurately. Great job Felix.

These guys are fantastic... from the time they pick up the phone to the time they pull out of your driveway. Felix was the tech assigned to my house. He explained everything thoroughly and gave me a couple of cost options. Springs, cables and pulleys all replaced at a price I thought was very fair. Thanks guys!

We were glad it was Felix as his work in the past has been stellar. 100% satisfied! Had to replace the springs and he made it look easy. EXCELLENT WORK! BTW…loved the text messages and background info, nice touch. The only downside is Felix is a Giants fan ????. Thanks Felix & Precision!!! Well done.
