This is the second time we have used Precision for a garage door repair and we wouldn't use anyone else!! The technician was there within one business day from the call, fixed the door within an hour, and was very polite and knowledgeable. I would recommend anyone to use Precision that wants to have a 5 star experience.

I was able to get in touch with someone"live" right away on the weekend. It was a call-center, but they forwarded my message right away. Other companies just had an answering "machine". That was huge to me. We paid more for emergency service, but it was well worth it and we were happy with the follow through. Our tech was great, knowledgeable and got the job done quickly. We really like to communication process when kept us informed that our request was received and service schedule. Then we got another call to let us know exactly when our tech would be there. We will definitely go with Precision for any future garage door needs.

Felix called before he came at the appointed time. He worked quickly and showed me the broken part (the thing the chain goes around) and replaced same. He also did some routine maintenance for me. I am pleased with the quick response of Precision and will certainly call them again if there's a need.I would give Precision a 5 and Felix a five as well.

Your man (unfortunately I didn't get his name) arrived very promptly, assessed the situation and performed repairs very ably to our complete satisfaction. I would hope that we do not require your services in the future but if we do I would not hesitate to call and/or pass your firm's name along to anyone who did require repairs.

Definitely 5 stars! Ron was very professional and helpful in helping me to select the best garage door for my home that was built in 1923. Felix was also incredibly professional and hard working in the instillation of my new door, even in the most unpleasant weather. I will highly this company and these people to anyone. Thank you for your excellent service.

Precision was recommended to me by my parents who were very satisfied with the service they had recently experienced with Precision to fix a broken spring. We needed the overhaul package where they replaced the springs, cables, pullies, etc. Felix was very knowledgeable and friendly and completed the work in a very reasonable amount of time. I especially liked receiving an email prior to the service date with pictures and names of the technicians so I was familiar with who might be showing up at my door. I would call them again if I ever need their services, but hopefully that won't be necessary for a long while now. I would highly recommend them.

The technician (Felix) was right on time Very courteous and knowledgeable. He went out of his way to help me program my door buttons which was not a part of the original call. Highly Recommend.

What started as a service call for a broken torsion spring turned into a new garage door. When my tech for the broken spring told me everything that was included in a new garage door I jumped on board right away. They even gave me a loaner spring until the new door was installed! We had been considering replacing the door anyway, so to us it seemed like a no brainer! Precision was great to work with, affordable, and the installers were very professional and thorough.

The installer did an excellent job installing our new garage door! It was a extremely cold winter day with wind chills below zero and he got the job done in 4 hours. I would recommend them for a new garage door purchase and installation.

Five Stars. My garage door opener failed the other nite in brutally cold weather. I called and quickly secured an appointment for the next morning. Felix arrived on-time and worked in zero degree weather without complaint. He repaired the opener, provided some maintenance tips, and was on his way to the next call. I highly recommend Precision.

Torsion spring broke at 7:30pm on a cold, snowy Saturday night and we were scheduled to head out of town on vacation the next day. I called and the operator said they could send someone between 10:00 pm & Midnight. Felix arrived shortly after 10:00 pm and the door was fixed before 11:00 pm. I appreciated the appointment confirmation e-mail that included the name of the technician who would be coming, with a link to his bio, including picture and testimonials from other customers about his work for them.

I had used another company to install my garage door & opener in 2003. I saw your ad in the yellow pages and liked that it was accredited by the BBB. Felix was my repairman. He did an absolute fabulous job of fixing my garage door. He explained in detail what he was doing and showed me as he went along. I love my garage door now! It opens and closes so smoothly. He also suggested I later have the rollers replaced. I plan on doing that. I am so happy that I called Precision and have already told my friends about your excellent customer service. Thank you so much for being a very reputable and honest company. I am a very satisfied customer!! THANK YOU!

Precision was the firm I purchased the opener from, so I turned to you for repairs. As always the responsiveness and service from Precision was 5- Star. It was a nice touch getting a heads-up e-mail including the name and photo of the technician who would arrive later in the day. Felix called to see if I minded him arriving a little early....of course not! This is the 2nd time due to freeze and thaw that my door jumped the track....last time the (anonymous) technician said since I was the cheeriest person he had dealt with that day, the quick fix was no-charge. Thank-you to your team!

From the owner coming to the job site for the estimate ( which beat all others considerably ) to the tech who installed it ( Felix, never stopped working) the job was perfect. Could not be happier. We will definitely be using Precision on all other houses we save . 1st class operation.

I contacted Precision to repair a broken garage door opener. In discussing my situation, they reviewed pricing for a new garage door opener. I decided that was the best way to go. We absolutely love our new opener, replaced a 16 year old opener, and have been glad we did. I have already recommended them to several friends.

I appreciated the email, confirming the technician with a picture of him in advance of the service call. the service was prompt, timely and the install provided the services tasks which were in the scope of the project. the estimated cost of the service was the final bill. All though I did not meet the technician personally, he called me on the phone with any questions he had, and I did not need to be away from work to over see the project. overall I rate this a five star experience

A contractor had told me I could not get a garage door opener installed due to the build of my garage. After I saw your ad I called you. Ron came and assessed the situation and recommended a product that would work for me. A few days later the installer came and I was in business! He did a great job. I am so happy with the opener. It is very quiet and is saving my back. Thank you so much for the wonderful service. I couldn't be more pleased.

This is my second time working with Precision and I have been consistently pleased. Felix came (early!) and was professional and helpful. He even installed a new light bulb for me, which was not even part of my problem. I would highly recommend Precision to family and friends! Thanks!!!
