I contacted Precision to repair a broken garage door opener. In discussing my situation, they reviewed pricing for a new garage door opener. I decided that was the best way to go. We absolutely love our new opener, replaced a 16 year old opener, and have been glad we did. I have already recommended them to several friends.

I appreciated the email, confirming the technician with a picture of him in advance of the service call. the service was prompt, timely and the install provided the services tasks which were in the scope of the project. the estimated cost of the service was the final bill. All though I did not meet the technician personally, he called me on the phone with any questions he had, and I did not need to be away from work to over see the project. overall I rate this a five star experience

A contractor had told me I could not get a garage door opener installed due to the build of my garage. After I saw your ad I called you. Ron came and assessed the situation and recommended a product that would work for me. A few days later the installer came and I was in business! He did a great job. I am so happy with the opener. The service at Precision is 2nd to none. We have had some issues with our equipment not working in very cold weather. Both times we have called the technician he has remedied the issue and has not charged us. The garage door is very quiet and you cannot hear it inside the house. Very helpful if you have little kids who take naps and dogs that bark!

They were on time and very professional. Felix replaced the drive gear in our garage door opener and offered to tune up the door tracks so that it now opens and closes smoothly and quietly. Would highly recommend and will call again if needed for service or door replacement.

We called on the coldest day of the year for same day service. Tech arrived on time (called ahead), fixed our door quickly, explained everything and gave us great information. I had Precision repair both my doors and install a new opener, When I got home the work was done and everything was cleaned up. I took a look at everything and boy was I impressed!!!! all the ball joints and chains and pulleys were clean and greased.

We needed a new keypad installed for our garage door and called Precision. Everything from the appointment to the install was performed in a professional manner. On the day of the install we were called prior to the technician showing up to let us know he was on his way. The job was performed by owner Ron Kull who was professional, knowledgeable and went the extra mile to make sure we were satisfied in every way.
