New garage door -I liked that you confirmed the appointment so I knew you would be there- the sales rep was courteous & upfront - no surprises - the technician called & let me know time he was arriving & actually did come then. The door looks great & he showed me how to operate & gave me all paperwork. The charge was exactly what I was quoted - again no surprises Thanks

When given an estimate and during installation, both men were very professional and courteous. As a single woman, I am very appreciative of that. The garage door looks wonderful!

Felix did a great job installing my new door and opener. When the installation was finished he took the time to explain the operation of the opener and recommended maintenance.

I needed my torsion springs replaced because one of them broke. I was fortunate enough to have Felix as the gentleman who came to repair it. Not only was I very happy that he was able to make my appointment earlier than scheduled (he called ahead to see if it would be OK), but the speed at which he worked was very impressive. Felix was very friendly and was a fountain of information. As he worked he took the time to explain the importance of using quality parts and the proper maintenance and care of the door and related equipment. It was just luck that they sent Felix to my house, but if you need any service done to your door, you would be extremely fortunate to have Felix as your service man. Thanks Felix!!

Scheduling was quick and easy. Plus, the service tech phoned during the specified window to give me a more specific ETA. Upon arrival, the tech diagnosed the problem quickly and put the fix in place quickly as well. Overall, a great experience.

I am very satisfied with the service provided by Felix. He was thorough in explaining the condition of our doors and what we could do to improve their performance. He did not pressure us to do anything beyond the basic door tune up. We did decide to install new rollers to quiet the door's operation. His attention was very professional and we would certainly utilize Precision's services again.

The tech, Felix, knew just what he was doing and resolved the problem quickly. He made the added effort of checking the whole system over before leaving. Prior to his arrival had been kept informed by phone continuously of his pending arrival by the home office. Service as advertised and then some! Thanks!!

I'm glad to be able to write this review. Felix, my service technician was excellent both in skill and customer service. He was very patient with me when explaining the workings of the system, and the "how to's" of operation. From the moment I received your appointment confirmation email complete with technician bios I knew I would be in good hands. I was! Thank you.

5 stars. I had a single garage door with opener installed. I initially talked with the owner who examined our garage, explained the various options, and provided a quote. The door was installed within a week. The technician was knowledgeable, conscientious, and courteous. The quality of his workmanship was excellent. My experience from beginning to end was first-rate. I would highly recommend them and would use their services in the future.

Precision Garage Door has been excellent!! I had the m install a brand new garage door and a few weeks later it needed a bit of adjustment with the remote door opener. I called and Felix came out right away and made sure my door was working correctly. I would recommend Precision Garage Door to anyone. Thank you and a special thank you to Felix. One of our old garage door extension springs broke, leaving the heavy wooden door stuck in the closed position. I called Precision and they came the next day--a Sunday evening. Mark and I got the door open to get our car out. He said he could replace both springs but recommended replacing the door with a new steel door and safer spring system. There was no pressure to buy and since our existing door was 50 years old, we ordered a new door from Mark during the service call. Since we needed a non-standard 15 foot wide door, Precision did not have the model we wanted (with windows) in stock and had to order it. They scheduled installation 3 weeks out. On the scheduled date, Felix called prior to arrival, took about 4 hours to dismantle and remove the old door and install the new one. We are very pleased with the new door which is much quieter than the old one, while letting in daylight. I am a stickler for customer service and I have to give kudos to this company. The call-takers were efficient and polite. The two technician/installers were very courteous and professional. I found this company on Angie's List and would highly recommend them.

I would recommend Percision Garage door. To anyone looking to repair or race their garage door. They could not of been more friendly or helpful in our choice. We were given the choice of repairing or replacing our door. Seeing our old door was 50 yrs old we chose to replace. We were given great choices both in quality and price. Our installer was Felix and we can not say enough good about him. He is so polite and friendly. Felix is a very hard worker and very knowledgable of the whole garage door systems. A great thank you to Mary in the office too for answering all my email questions and phone calls very promptly and friendly. Thanks again to Felix,Precision is lucky to have such a dedicated and hard working person working for them. We enjoyed having you at our home..GO REDSKINS!

Glad I called Precision for our new garage door and opener. Couldn't be more pleased with the look of the door and quietness the opener. Felix did a professional job with the installation made sure that he swept the floor and wiped down the outside of the door. Especially appreciated the call prior to his arrival for installation.

We chose Precision Garage Door Service primarily because of the positive reviews on this website and we were certainly not disappointed! While repairing one pre- '93 Liftmaster opener and installing a new Liftmaster opener, our technician, Felix, ran into an issue he had not seen before. He immediately contacted Liftmaster and due to his advocacy, we ended up with a free opener! Precision provided us with excellent service and we could not be happier with Liftmaster for standing by their product (even though it was pre- '93)

It was a pleasure to do business with Precision Garage Door Service. I had a new garage door and opener installed and from quote to installation was less than a week. The door and opener are quality products and the installation was done to perfection. The Technician that installed my door was a true professional. I would recommend Precision to anyone and everyone! Thank you.
