The service at Precision is 2nd to none. We have had some issues with our equipment not working in very cold weather. Both times we have called the technician he has remedied the issue and has not charged us. The garage door is very quiet and you cannot hear it inside the house. Very helpful if you have little kids who take naps and dogs that bark!

They were on time and very professional. Felix replaced the drive gear in our garage door opener and offered to tune up the door tracks so that it now opens and closes smoothly and quietly. Would highly recommend and will call again if needed for service or door replacement.

5 stars Great service! Glad I chose them after a neighbor had recommended them. They serviced our improperly installed door from another customer and then we had them install an insulated door a few weeks later.

This was an excellent, stress free, professional experience. The door was exactly what we ordered, the crew showed up when they said they would, the price was as quoted, the old door removed, carted away, and the new door up and well tuned in 4 hours. Outstanding!

We called on the coldest day of the year for same day service. Tech arrived on time (called ahead), fixed our door quickly, explained everything and gave us great information. Our door has never worked so quietly! We will definitely use Precision again for any repairs and for our new door/opener when needed. Highly recommend them!

I am very pleased with the new garage door and the turnaround time from the time I first called to the actual installation. The email confirmations were helpful and I like that Felix was introduced to me in advance. Felix gets an A+! Thanks!

Polite, prompt, courteous. Worked with me, calling from Florida, to fix my moms door in New York. It was just a clicker, however it was right after a snow storm, so very happy they were able to come out same day!

We needed a new keypad installed for our garage door and called Precision. Everything from the appointment to the install was performed in a professional manner. On the day of the install we were called prior to the technician showing up to let us know he was on his way. The job was performed by owner Ron Kull who was professional, knowledgeable and went the extra mile to make sure we were satisfied in every way. When we need our garage door serviced in the future, we will call Precision again.

Felix performed the tune-up service on our garage door - which had started to sporadically fail to open. He performed the service quickly and professionally and explained the likely causes of the issues and even pointed out some concerns with our second door (which was not being serviced, and now will probably work longer without service thanks to his advice). Highly recommend!

First class operation, salesperson(owner), was very knowledgable, was not pushy, and offered sound advice. Price beat competion. Installer did a great job and certianly knew what he was doing. Overall, great price, great install and very satisfied with the Amarr Door.

Precision Door was highly recommended on Angie's List. My garage door was behaving in a strange manner, and my though was to have it replaced until I read about the tune-up special. That seemed to be the best alternative, the technicians arrived early, performed their magic, and everything works beautifully! I also had a new opener installed, not that I needed it, but wanted to bring my house up to code. Besides, the old one was 22 years old. I was so pleased with their work, that I inquired which garage doors they sell and will focus one those brands when I'm ready.

This review is an easy one. I contacted Precision Door for a garage door estimate. Ronnie came to my residence and explained all my options and prices. I told him what I wanted, he then filled out an order form/contract. We shook hands, and he gave me a copy of the contract. After he left, I noticed there was a place for me to sign on the form, as acceptance to the purchase and installation. Ronnie accepted the hand shake as my word, without asking me to sign. I may be "old fashioned", but a hand shake is better than a signature of acceptance or agreement. I trusted him from that point forward. The door was installed while I was out of town on business. When I returned home I found the door, and installation, to be beyond my expectations, along with absolutely no mess left behind to clean up what-so-ever. I would, and will, recommend Precision Door to anyone looking for a new garage door, and or repair of existing doors. The technician, Felix, did a great job! It was also a pleasure dealing with Mary over the phone at their office. Thank You, Dennis K. Spink
