Felix was very friendly on the phone and on the job. The spring on my garage door had broken....Felix came at 7:00 on Sat. night and I was very greatful .....I was able to get my car out of the garage and get to church Sun. am. I thought he was courteous and did a good job. He recommended that I get 2 new springs which made sense to me...if one broke the other will probably go as well. Carol Gardner

Late on a Friday evening,the cable on my garage door broke after arriving home. The door was crooked, and would not move up or down. Thus my car was "stuck" in the garage. I called Precision early on Saturday, and a repair tchnician arrived within an hour. Felix was friendly, and very knowledgeable. He was able to fix the door in no time, and even identified some other potential issues with the door. He went the extra mile, and I am most appreciative. I would highly recommend Precision and Felix!

Twice in the [past 12 months, we've called Precision looking for help with our garage door. In both instances, the technicians were on the job within an hour of our call. Service was performed on our garage door opener on Saturday, August 18, 2012. Felix did a great job from start to finish. He arrived promptly, and he was polite, friendly, efficient, and helpful. I couldn't believe how fast he fixed the problems (determining why the door opener would not receive a signal and setting up my Prius remote door opener so it would send a signal to the home opener). He also did maintenance on the door, and it is running much more smoothly and quietly now. He got everything done in probably less than a half hour, and the service was done at a very reasonable price. We've used your company before and were very pleased, and we'll use your company the next time we have a problem

We had work done by Profetta in the past and were NOT satisfied with the service we received so when my garage door spring broke I went online to shop around. First I was impressed with the readability of Precision's web page. It told me all I needed to know without much hunting around. Secondly I read the reviews and compared them with other companies reviews from only customers in my area and I was very impressed with comments regarding Precision's punctuality, leaving the job site tidy and very impressed with their 24-7 service availability. Although I wasn't in a rush, that could've easily been the case and it was great to know Precision was willing to be there for me! When I called around 3:30 in the afternoon one day to make an appointment, the girl was almost apologetic that a technician probably couldn't get to me until after 5pm which may cost extra. I was touched by her concern, but didn't need the job done ASAP anyways, and here I was just hoping I could have someone come out by the end of the week and my springs were replaced within about 1hour first thing the next morning! Felix was courteous, friendly and went right to work once he got past the toad. I'm sure I'll be calling upon Precision down the road again someday. Thanks Precision for being professional and thoughtful about your customers needs!

The technician (Felix) arrived promptly at 8am on a Saturday. My garage door had never required repair since it was installed in 1965. It's a 16 ft wide overhead wood door. After trying several times to adjust the springs above the door they were replaced. The door hardware was lubricated (including the automatic opener). The door now operates as it did when new. Great job Felix.

I was amazed that you were able to come out to my home the same day I called and it was on the weekend. I had a very old Craftsman opener that was malfunctioning. I originally called to have this opener and the door adjusted. Felix was very patient by explaining all my options, both in repairing the existing opener and the cost of a new one. I elected to go with a new opener, but never felt pressured by Felix to do so. Felix is an asset to your company. He explained what he was doing every step of the way and seemed to truly enjoy his work. Felix even programmed the factory installed opener I have in my car. I know the value of the opener he installed as I had done my research and had considered doing it myself. But his expertise was worth far more to me than the aggravation I would have incurred and, I could have never adjusted the spring safely or installed the braided cables on the sides, which was the original cause of the malfunction. Lastly, I was floored when Felix told me he had been with your company only about one year. Felix seems far more experienced than that. I would give him a hefty raise in pay! (No, I'm not a relative). Thanks to you, but mostly to Felix. Because of Felix I would hire you again and would refer my friends to your company.

Garage door opener quit. I looked online and found Precision.I called and they were here in a few hours. Felix was my technician. He was pleasant, friendly and professional. Discussed the options and went with a new Liftmaster opener. Felix installed the opener and adjusted the door. What a difference. So smooth and quiet. When I registered online, There was a $30.00 rebate.What else can you ask for. Great service and good prices.

He adjusted my door and looked over everything to make sure it was in proper working condition. He also answered all questions and gave me information on a new door when we are ready. The door opener that I picked out over the phone was not the one that was installed. I thought that I arrainged a belt driven door opener with a lifetime warrently on the motor and the belt. A chain driven unit was installed. Since I was not able to be home at the time I had a someone meet the technician at the house. In my mind I thought the technician would be informed of the unit I had asked for over the phone. This was not the case, and I am partly responsible for not communicating what I had purchased to my friend that was meeting the technician. I really thought that everything was set up when I made my selection over the phone. Something to consider is to communicate the selection with the technician before they reach the customers house. According to my friend, the technician had no idea what I had selected. This was a learning experience for me. Thank you for your time. Oh and by the way, I do like the new opener.

Thank you very much for your comments, we really appreciate you as our customer. We apologize for any lack of communication on our part. Also, we do record all of our incoming phone calls for training purposes, and since we seemed to have a communication issue we did review this call. We found that our representative did a great job of explaining several opener models for over 8 min's on the phone with our customer. At first our customer stated that she was very interested in the chain drives and that's probably what she wanted. Next our representative explained the belt drive models we offer & prices, and asked for all of the customers information, and continued to schedule the appointment. Our customer did say that the belt drives sounded excellent. Next, our representative answered a few more questions about accessories and prices. At the end of the call, the customer did not give a clear indication of which opener she chose. Our representative listed all options that she talked about on our work order for the technician. We apologize that she did not ask again if the customer had narrowed it down to one choice. She did do a great job of taking the time of about 11 minutes total to accommodate all of our customer's questions. It is unfortunate that the customer's neighbor did not know exactly what opener the customer wanted when our technician arrived to do the work. We really try hard to make all of our customers happy and do really appreciate the comments and feedback to help us improve!

Felix was great! Friendly, knowledgeable, thorough, timely, and offered information about my new system and answered questions. I appreciated Felix giving me the option to purchase new plastic wheels as an upgrade. Well worth the extra $100. He had them available and put them in that day, but also said he could come back at no charge and install them later, giving me the opportunity to consider it without pressure. I am very glad I made that choice, as the wheels are quieter and the door slides on the track more easily than with my 20 year-old metal wheels. The new keypad is terrific, and I received two remotes. The office was easy to work with and accessible. Would recommend Precision to everyone! Karen
