I had Precision repair both my doors and install a new opener, When I got home the work was done and everything was cleaned up. I took a look at everything and boy was I impressed!!!! all the ball joints and chains and pulleys were clean and greased.

We needed a new keypad installed for our garage door and called Precision. Everything from the appointment to the install was performed in a professional manner. On the day of the install we were called prior to the technician showing up to let us know he was on his way. The job was performed by owner Ron Kull who was professional, knowledgeable and went the extra mile to make sure we were satisfied in every way. When we need our garage door serviced in the future, we will call Precision again.

Felix performed the tune-up service on our garage door - which had started to sporadically fail to open. He performed the service quickly and professionally and explained the likely causes of the issues and even pointed out some concerns with our second door (which was not being serviced, and now will probably work longer without service thanks to his advice). Precision Door was highly recommended on Angie's List. My garage door was behaving in a strange manner, and my though was to have it replaced until I read about the tune-up special. That seemed to be the best alternative, the technicians arrived early, performed their magic, and everything works beautifully! I also had a new opener installed, not that I needed it, but wanted to bring my house up to code. Besides, the old one was 22 years old. I was so pleased with their work, that I inquired which garage doors they sell and will focus one those brands when I'm ready.

This review is an easy one. I contacted Precision Door for a garage door estimate. Ronnie came to my residence and explained all my options and prices. I told him what I wanted, he then filled out an order form/contract. We shook hands, and he gave me a copy of the contract. After he left, I noticed there was a place for me to sign on the form, as acceptance to the purchase and installation. Ronnie accepted the hand shake as my word, without asking me to sign. I may be "old fashioned", but a hand shake is better than a signature of acceptance or agreement. I trusted him from that point forward. The door was installed while I was out of town on business. When I returned home I found the door, and installation, to be beyond my expectations, along with absolutely no mess left behind to clean up what-so-ever. I would, and will, recommend Precision Door to anyone looking for a new garage door, and or repair of existing doors. The technician, Felix, did a great job! Ronnie: Iâ??m sorry for the delay in responding to you, but I have been traveling recently and things have finally settled down. Felix Coriano came to fix my garage door on Saturday, June 1. Felix was professional, courteous and an excellent worker. I did not hesitate to let him into my home. When it turned out that my garage door was not actually broken, Felix stayed to review all of the moving parts and then oiled (if that is the correct term) the door so that it is so quiet. In addition, Felix noticed that the support pieces were not correct, and he took the time and trouble to re-attach them. Best of all, Felix scampered up on a ladder and replaced the light bulb at the top of the garage that had been blown out for months. I never would have been able to reach it on my own. To say I was delighted with the service is an understatement. Thanks again!

Late on a Friday evening,the cable on my garage door broke after arriving home. The door was crooked, and would not move up or down. Thus my car was "stuck" in the garage. I called Precision early on Saturday, and a repair tchnician arrived within an hour. Felix was friendly, and very knowledgeable. He was able to fix the door in no time, and even identified some other potential issues with the door. He went the extra mile, and I am most appreciative.
