Felix was our technician. He came over and taught us all about our garage doors (my neighbor's too). He explained that what I wanted done would not help the situation. He was 100% correct, I didn't even think about what he told me. The point is, he could have given me a song and dance and charged whatever - and replaced whatever - but he didn't. He was so honest. We were both very appreciative and impressed, it doesn't happen like this too much anymore. So, which company do you think the both of us, actually 3 houses (another neighbor was watching too) will go to when we have any kind of garage door issue? It would be Precision AND I would ask for Felix.

Called to have my garage door fixed and they got the job done in less then 24 hours. The service was fantastic from setting up the appointment to the service technician. Felix, the technician, was probably one the best technicians I’ve dealt with. Very professional and he above and beyond. I would highly recommend Precision to anyone.

Cost too much o the quote we got. I Am on limited income. Need senior discount or Veteran discount. Didn’t want a new door; just repair.

Our technician Felix called to say when he would arrive and he was right on time. He did an amazing job, cleaned up afterwards and clearly explained everything we needed to know.It was amazing to see him do this all by himself. I'm very pleased with the installation. Will definitely recommend Precision to everyone.

I’ve had Precision Door do other garage door work in the past. They are fast, reliable and reasonable. Felix replaced my door springs today, giving me a quote before work was started. There was no “Oh we found this too” for extra money during or after the job. Very professional service. (And the coupon was nice as well)

Wow! My new garage door and opener look fantastic & work great too. I'm so pleased with the quality service and their professionalism really stands out. They use a company truck & uniforms, emailed installation date reminders, & texted a pic & intro of the service person & their arrival time. 5 stars!

After another service provider fixed? a broken spring and left the door working but unbalanced and nearly destroyed the opener, I called Precision Door. They arrived on schedule, corrected the door balance, cleaned up opener wiring mangled by the other provider, lubricated the bearings and charged a VERY reasonable fee. If I only had called Precision Door first!!! I am very pleased with this service.

Their customer service is unbelievably great. I initially requested for an emergency service because one spring of garage door was broken and, unfortunately, the door could not be opened manually. I thought the repair would not be done until evening. To my surprise, they contacted me in the early afternoon when one of the technicians was available. The technician showed up within one hour and fixed the problem in 30 minutes. Guess what? The surcharge of the emergency service was waived. I will surely recommend my friends to choose Precision for the garage door service.

Felix did a great job. Very knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. He left a sweatshirt in my garage by mistake. He can pick it up any time. I will leave it my small front porch. The door will be open. Thank you.

I called mid morning and by the afternoon a repair person was at work. Mine was a minor repair but I also had a periodic issue with the sun interfering with the operation of my opener. While I didn't mention that issue on the initial request, when the repair person came I asked if something could be done. Now it's ALL fixed! Excellent customer service!!

My neighbor suggested Precision, as he has had a good experience with the owner and company. I received quotes from other door companies, but Ron the owner, gave me not only a great price, but also made me feel like I am more than just a customer. Felix did the installation. He is professional as well as easy going. I had a few questions after the door was put in, and Felix came to my house and answered them all to my satisfaction. I recommend Precision to any one looking for a new door or a repair.

Great job. Done quickly and well. Explained the opener and the different ways of using enhancments. Explained the ways belt drive is better than chain drive. Felix did an excellent job.
