Their customer service is unbelievably great. I initially requested for an emergency service because one spring of garage door was broken and, unfortunately, the door could not be opened manually. I thought the repair would not be done until evening. To my surprise, they contacted me in the early afternoon when one of the technicians was available. The technician showed up within one hour and fixed the problem in 30 minutes. Guess what? The surcharge of the emergency service was waived. I called mid morning and by the afternoon a repair person was at work. Mine was a minor repair but I also had a periodic issue with the sun interfering with the operation of my opener. While I didn't mention that issue on the initial request, when the repair person came I asked if something could be done. Now it's ALL fixed! Excellent customer service!!

Precision installed both openers so they were the logical ones to call for repair. Serviceman was polite, friendly and thorough and told me that it could be the board that needed replacement but he would reprogram the remotes first to see if that was the case before going to a more expensive solution. I simply cannot believe the service that was provided - especially for the cost. Felix was incredible. I have a historic home with historic garage doors (solid wood, leaded glass, etc.). One of the doors was not opening right. Felix worked, adjusted, and toiled with that door for literally FIVE HOURS+ until it opened and closed correctly. He was DETERMINED to make it perfect. I could not believe how hard he worked or how committed he was to the job. Truly EXCELLENT in every way. On top of that, he did not charge me anything extra for the many unplanned hours! He even had to make a second day visit. He started the second day with "OK, I have been thinking about this all night and I have a plan..." Exceptional service. I am a customer for life - particularly of Felix's! Wow. I am now looking for any other improvements I can make to the doors - just to get Felix back again.

I was extremely pleased with the service that I received today. I was able to get a very quick appointment despite being almost an hour away from Rochester. The technician that came out to our business was very friendly and professional and he immediately diagnosed the problem. Obviously, he was knowledgeable. Our door was fixed in 30 minutes. Called for a Sunday repair on a frayed cable that broke. Felix called to tell me what time he would be out- and arrived on time. He recommended replacing both cables (absolutely the right thing to do), and the rusted brackets- then noticed the fraying cable on companion door! Pricing was reasonable and the extra $30 for a weekend call was also incredibly reasonable and such a time saver! Really, truly a phenomenal experience- who thought you could say that about weekend garage door service! Thank you Felix, you’re the best, and I will only call Precision for repairs, and when I replace these!!!
