This was our first experience with Precision and the experience will certainly turn us into repeat customers. Appreciated the notification and information about the technician who would work with us. Felix called to share his expected arrival time, was easily identifiable as a Precision employee and was very professional. Our garage door opener was replaced but Felix also noticed that the rollers needed to be yfor a quality job!

Felix was dispatched to our home on the evening of 9/11/17 for replacement of our torsion spring that had broken just that morning! He showed up on time and was most kind and respectful during his repair visit. I hung out with him the entire time....asking many questions about what he was doing. Not once did he seem annoyed or distracted from his job. I am very impressed with Precision Door...from my initial contact with Mary who answered the phone to the prompt emergency repair visit that same night! I would recommend Precision to ANYONE looking for kind professional garage door work! BRAVO Precision Door!!!

Felix was prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. My husband explained what the problem was and what kind of opener we were looking for to replace ours with. Felix knew exactly what we were looking for and was able to assuage our concerns. The opener he suggested and ultimately installed was everything we wanted and more for a very reasonable price. We greatly appreciate that he did not try to sell us on more than we needed, as Felix reported that the garage door was still in really good shape.

He explained my options clearly and thoroughly allowing me to make an informed decision on how to proceed. He replaced the cables, lubricated parts that needed it, and the door performs better then when I moved here 5 years ago. I would highly recommend Precision to everyone. ps... Give him a raise!!!

My garage door opener broke unexpectedly on Sunday morning (both a spring and part of the opener itself). Called Precision and they were able to get me an after-hours appointment Sunday evening at 7PM. Found Precision on a Google search and making the appointment by phone was easy. I also received an Email confirmation. Felix who did the work called and arrived a few minutes early. He diagnosed the problem very quickly, had all the parts needed for the repair in his truck and completed the work in about an hour. Felix was very nice and explained everything well. He noticed a couple other minor repairs that also needed to be addressed and completed those at the end as well at no charge (only a few minutes of work, but much appreciated. I thought the price for the whole job was reasonable and I wouldn't hesitate to call Precision in the future.

After assessing the damage after a wind storm and then heavy snow storm I found two damaged garage doors. I contacted Precision and they came the next day. The whole process took just about 2 hours. The tech assessed the damage and provided us a clear written quote. He also told us it would take him just about two hours which it did.The tech was very knowledgeable, his truck was fully equipped and when completed he explained how to operate the new unit. Very happy..5stars
