The large main spring broke on our garage door holding one of our vehicles "hostage". We called Precision first thing the next morning and they scheduled us for a repair that same day. Felix and Dave were the technicians that came to fix the spring. They did a great job, were friendly and very personable. We would definitely call Precision again and highly recommend them.

The left torsion spring broke on my garage door on a Saturday night. I did some research on the internet and noticed that Precision Door had excellent reviews from their customers so I called them on Monday morning and scheduled service for Tuesday afternoon. I was pleasantly surprised when Precision Door Technician Felix Coriano informed me he would be fixing my door the very same day! In addition to fixing my springs, I had him replace all the rollers as well. Now my door works perfectly, is super quiet, and good to go for the next 20 years! So glad I called Precision Door instead of doing it myself.

I called to have a faulty door opener repaired & service tech suggested I save my money for a new opener. Several months later I received new door, new opener w/key pad. Haven't been trapped in the garage since. Such a great investment; several years later I called to have a new door, new opener and key pad installed at my moms home. The tech showed up 40 minutes early which was excellent and freed up our day. He was quick and efficient in assessing the issue. He didn't fabricate a problem in order to make a sale. He was honest and forthcoming in his assessment and actually saved us money by fixing the door. We will need to replace it eventually due to existing problem but we were spared a large expense for now. I would recommend this company without hesitation.

My house was built in 1964 and contains a 15 foot by 7 foot wooden door. I doubt it has ever been serviced, I have been here for almost 39 yrs. The tracks were useable but the torsion springs, bearings, and rollers were shot. The door was far from being balanced and it would try to drop even if it was three fourths of the way open. Felix was the technician that came to review and fix the opening problems. Within 2.5 hours the door was working smoothly. It now will hold in place even open as low as one panel (1/4) of the way.
