I called them for garage door service. They agreed on $65 service cost and $60 for the garage door wire. Garage door wire cost $10-15 bucks in Home Depot only. And then there were other parts which cost 3-5 bucks in home depot they charge five times for the part. End up fixing garage door for approx $200 dollar which could be repaired from less than $100 if I have chosen other places. If you ask for the service from this place I would recommend make sure you buy your own stuff from home depot or Lowe’s.

Was having issue with door not closing. Of course once Mark got there at end of day he reset the manual option and naturally the door closed. He explained that he believed it has to do with the time of day/sunshine. He explained the sensors so I now know how to look at them (esp. the green one) and make sure it is not flashing. Also explained the lock feature on my units since I wasn't sure and he sprayed the tracks/wheels so the garage is definitely quieter. All in all he answered my questions. Explained things to me. Well done, Mark. Thank you for taking time to answer my questions.

In these days It’s not always common to be pleased with customer service and performance reliability, but Precision has done that for us and I will use them again and often recommend them.

Precision fixed my garage door years and years ago so I would naturally call them again. Mark called to let me know when he would arrive. He was so polite, kind and courteous. He showed me how the cable had snapped in two and how he would replace it. After he finished, he showed me how to maintain it to keep it in good shape as it is old. Mark sent a text five minutes before arriving, which was nice, even though he was 40 minutes early. He couldn’t do the weather strip we wanted because of the brand, so he recommended another vendor, and didn’t charge for the estimate. So: good “pre” customer service but I still need to get the work done!
