Appointment for estimate of new garage door on a new build. Technician called to confirm the time of arrival and arrived as scheduled. Door installation was scheduled and confirmed via email. Looking forward to seeing it installed. We have used Precision before and were very pleased with the product and service.

Absolutely 5 stars. From beginning to end, the team was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. We even had a structural issue at our end, that could have caused some large issues, The Precision team (owner: Ron Hull in particular) handled the dilemma so well. We were very impressed and grateful for his willingness to help make things right with ease and efficiency. Our end product is Great. We highly recommend Precision Door as an excellent company to work with. We would hire them again in a heart beat !

The tech called before arrival providing time window on-site which was in agreed appointment time. He didn't have an additional piece that was needed because my doors were not installed correctly (not by Precision Doors) so he drove an hour back to the shop and returned same day and fixed both my doors. While fixing one door the spring broke and he replaced it free of charge! Excellent and fast customer service, highly recommended!!

Ron came out to give me an estimate on a new garage door. He arrived promptly and also let me know when he was on his way. He gave me the estimate and then went to work adjusting the door so I would be able to close it. When I offered to pay him for work done he said it was his good deed for the day. Since Ron is the owner of Precision I think this experience speaks a lot for his company.

Ron was very professional and personable. We were not able to find a permanent fix, however he was able to find a work around for the time being. I will need a new garage door but he did not pressure me into a sale and went over my options and allowed me to make my own decision. I appreciate his help and honesty. I have used Precision several times in the past and each technician that has come out has been extremely professional and knowledgeable. They have done a tune-up, replaced springs, and fixed an issue with my opener in the past. Ron, the owner, resolved my problem today in a short amount of time, clearly explaining and demonstrating what I could do if the problem arises again. They are my go-to company for garage door and garage door opener repair/ installation.

I had an excellent experience with Ron. What I thought was a problem was not a problem at all! I did not need a new door or a new door opener. I appreciated his honesty, simple solution and generocity (he did not charge me for the visit.) It was a blessing. I have done buisness with Precision Garage Door in the past, and look forward to doing business with them again.
