Every experience I’ve had with them has been smooth and professional. The team is always friendly, knowledgeable, and gets the job done right. I highly recommend!

I would recommend Ron and his company to anyone. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He thoroughly inspected my door opener and found it was jammed and proceeded to fix it. He also inspected my garage door and oiled the joints. It's as good as new (even if it is 20 years old.) He also made a point to stress that if your garage door is stuck in the open position to NEVER pull the opener cord. Wait for a professional to safely lower the door. It is very dangerous. Thank you, Ron for a job well done!

Customer Service like this is rare in this day and age! Out of the blue our spring on garage door broke. We already knew the original installation was not normal and it was going to be a problem. Called to see if someone could come and take a look. 1.5 hrs later Ron was at my house! 2 days later he returned and fixed the spring so we can at least use the door. So happy with him no other quotes are even needed or wanted. We are going to replace the entire door and get a new opener. Thanks a million Ron! If you need a garage door repair or a new door...look no further just call Precision!! Honest, upfront, positive, and old school work ethic at it's finest.

Ron did a great job and was very professional and personable. He was able to replace a drive part in my opener rather than selling me a new opener, which was a pleasant surprise for me. He also adjusted my springs, lubed the rollers and adjusted my photo sensor. All this and at a very reasonable price. I would call Precision again if I ever needed any additional service. I highly recommend Precision.

Quick service and solid professional advice. I called the night before around 8:30 and was able to select the next day for service. The website was easy to manipulate. The service technician was both knowledgeable and truthful on his recommendations. I would endorse Precision to any of my friends who need quality service concerning garage door repair.
