Ron did a great job and was very professional and personable. He was able to replace a drive part in my opener rather than selling me a new opener, which was a pleasant surprise for me. He also adjusted my springs, lubed the rollers and adjusted my photo sensor. All this and at a very reasonable price. I would call Precision again if I ever needed any additional service. I highly recommend Precision.

Ron from Precision came early for appointment on Sat morning to repair a broken Torsion Spring, (which by the way was made late Friday afternoon). He explained everything needed for the repair and gave me the cost before starting. He is very experienced and knowledgeable about everything involved in garage doors and openers. Broken garage door spring Saturday morning on a 70-year-old garage door. Happened upon Precision by chance on the internet. Read their reviews and reached out to them. They returned my call within the hour. Service was set up for Sunday morning (the next day) without additional cost being on the weekend. They gave a time frame and were there on time, with calls and texts saying they were on their way. Repairman (Ron the owner) evaluated, gave me a quote and fixed the door within 90 minutes. This is how customer service and service should be...would highly recommend.

Customer Service like this is rare in this day and age! Out of the blue our spring on garage door broke. We already knew the original installation was not normal and it was going to be a problem. Called to see if someone could come and take a look. 1.5 hrs later Ron was at my house! 2 days later he returned and fixed the spring so we can at least use the door. So happy with him no other quotes are even needed or wanted. We are going to replace the entire door and get a new opener. Thanks a million Ron!
