Decision made, he immediately started work, estimated about 2 hrs, finished in about 90 min, replaced several elements of springs/rollers/rail sections. Z from precision door is awesome, I had an issue a few years ago that he came and repaired and I backed into the door last week. Z was able to come repair everything and get it moving again. The technician Zikret Osmic was prompt. He examined the Garage Door Opener and answered all my questions. He insured I understood how the opener worked and that the sensor lights were working correctly. He also lubricated the rollers so I am comfortable the door is working correctly.

Zikret, Precision's technician was great. He was very knowlegdeable and professional. After assessing my garage door, he showed me what was wrong. He ended up having to replace the springs, bearings, rollers, and a few other things. Scheduled to have the service from online on Sunday and they came out two days later which I was very pleased about. Highly recommend them.

Called and requested new seal on bottom of 16ft wide Wayne-Dalton garage door. Service call was made, knowing you didn’t carry Wayne-Dalton parts. I'm sorry I forgot the name of the person who did the work on our garage door, but he was great. He kept me informed as he was doing the work; made worthwhile suggestions of some things I would never have thought about; and was very thorough and quick with the work he did. He left information about some possible new garage doors if that becomes a future issue, pointing out that the money to keep repairing this nearly 40 year old door might be better spent on a new one.
