Z from precision door is awesome, I had an issue a few years ago that he came and repaired and I backed into the door last week. Z was able to come repair everything and get it moving again. The technician Zikret Osmic was prompt. He examined the Garage Door Opener and answered all my questions. He insured I understood how the opener worked and that the sensor lights were working correctly. He also lubricated the rollers so I am comfortable the door is working correctly.

Zikret, Precision's technician was great. He was very knowlegdeable and professional. After assessing my garage door, he showed me what was wrong. He ended up having to replace the springs, bearings, rollers, and a few other things. Scheduled to have the service from online on Sunday and they came out two days later which I was very pleased about. Highly recommend them.
