I contacted Precision because I was impressed with their web site and the testimonials from real customers. I was not disappointed. The technician showed up right on time and explained to me and showed me what was wrong with the door. He gave me two options to fix it - a basic get 'er done option and an option that cost a little more, but would keep the door operating for years to come. (They were very up front about costs from the time I called on the phone for an appointment.) Within less than an hour, my door was fixed and works better than ever. I would highly recommend them.

Precision is FANTASTIC and very reasonably priced. They showed up on time for the quote, showed up on time for the installation and finished within the time frame provided. I liked the way Ron explained what needed to be done. I did have to have him come back because the limit switch popped out and the door did not work correctly. The only suggestion I would have would be to expedite an appointment in that situation. I would use the service again.

Once I found what was wrong with my garage door I figured it would have to be replaced, well Ron came out and said he could fix it at a lot less cost, kind of strange that someone offers help nowdays, anyway, Ron not only fixed the door he pointed out where a previous company had installed the wrong parts and he replaced those as well, being honest the door works better now then ever before. My hats off to Precision Door, I seldom rank companies at the highest as I always feel there is room for improvement but in this case the rating is the best I can give them.

I needed a custom fitted garage door opener installed because I had a wood beam obstructing the path needed to pull open a garage door. The technician that came to my house designed a custom fit and it works perfectly. These guys really know their trade. In addition, both times they came to my house, they came exactly at the time they said they would and the price they charged me was $175 below their original estimate. If you want a professionally installed door, opener, or repair, you need look no further. Call them and let them do what they do and you also will be a very satisfied customer.

He worked efficiently, quickly identifying what needed to be done (spring replacement). He had other suggestions, but did not push additional products/services. Next time an overhead spring breaks on a garage door, I'll call Precision.
