Ronnie squeezed us in the day that I called. The spring had gone on our door and we were in the middle of our first snowfall of the year and really wanted to get our cars into the garage. He was super courteous and explained everything that we needed in laymans terms. He gave me my options without any undue pressure and finished the job in a very timely fashion. Fred Vaccaro was out today. He called ahead to see if I was home this AM (rather than do an emergency call tonight). I was, so he came over & spent the time to adjust my door. He's always friendly and efficient. When returning home in the evening and discovering that my garage door would not open, I searched for service immediately. I was shocked when I spoke with the operator at Precision at 8:45pm, as she alerted me that a tech would arrive between 9:00 and 11:00 that night! Ronnie clearly explained the issues with my door, provided various options, and replaced the spring, rollers, bearings, etc. that same evening. I would recommend Precision to anybody that needs garage door repairs/replacements.

We have an old wooden garage door that took lots of muscle to open - and we wanted to add a garage door opener to it. Ronnie Kull, the Company Owner came to our rescue. He was able to save the door and make it move smoothly. In essence, he reinstalled the 35 year old door properly and added the correct springs to balance the door. He gave me many tips so I could install the opener myself. I ran into trouble due to very minor clearance between the rail and the door. On another call Ronnie added special brackets at the top of the door for proper clearance, and finished the installation. It works very smoothly! Ronnie is a superb technician who is extremely knowledgeable about garage door operation. I recommend him without reservation. And I can't wait to share the name of this company with my network of friends. Ronnie is absolutely a 5 Star Technician, and I rate his company at the top of the list. Regards, Gary Offen
