Called Sunday night... Someone answered. Said that a tech would be out Monday before noon... The tech came within a few minutes had the garage door opener repaired and working smoothly. I picked your company from the Yellow pages and it sounded like company that had a long experience with garage doors and would do a professional job. Your company could also respond on the same day as my call even though it was on a Saturday night.

The technician who showed up did so on time, and was very professional. He explained up front what the problems were with the door assembly (10.5 years old), and what items would need to be replaced and at what cost. Only upon getting our agreement, and explaining the warranty policy, did he proceed. He found another broken item later, and said he would need to fix that, and we told him to go ahead. He was done in about 45 minutes. He explained at the end what he fixed, and told us that it should work for 8-10 more years without problems. He also outlined what might break in the next year or two. He informed us that those items were working fine now, and did not need to be replaced right away. Both my wife and I really liked his professional approach.

I knew my garage door would eventually stop working. We had experienced inconsistent symptoms for a long time and kept limping the door along. Well we came back from a trip and found the door open, our house sitter could not get it to go down. So I tried to figure out what was the problem and went online to the Lift Master site and tried a few of their suggestions but knew that I would need a professional. So I went on line and looked up repair places in Rochester and Precision looked like they were straight shooters, dependable and would get the job done right the first time. I was able to get a technician out here the same day that I called and soon learned when he arrived that he was also the owner! My home is older and the wooden garage door is very large and heavy and he was amazed that the two puny springs that had been installed were still working. So he tried the heaviest spring he had and that was not enough and had to put two on the door to get it to open and close safely. Then he worked on the opener that had burned out from the demand of the weight of the door. He had to travel back to the shop for a part and was back in record time and the door was working the best it ever has by the end of his call. I am ecstatic with the service and the professionalism of Precision Door. Ronnie even came back for free when the door started to act up again and needed one last tweak to get it right. Precision Door is the best and I highly recommend them.

I was in a hurry so I started to back out of the garage without noticing that the garage door was not all the way up. BANG! I hit the door and knocked it out of the tracks on one side. It wouldn't move up or down, it was stuck! Luckily I was able to pull out, but my door stayed wide open. This was about 2:00 in the afternoon. I called Precision, made an appointment and by 6:30 that same evening, my door was back to normal - good as new. Ron was super fast and very nice. As he said, my husband would have never known anything had happened (wish I hadn't said anything!) Great service, timely and reasonably priced. Thanks!

I have utilized the services of Precision a few times now and I would honestly say that service CANNOT BE ANY BETTER...yes I rated them a 5 but actually I mean a 10. I don't have to be concerned about them trying to sell something to me that I don't need and they explain what is beneficial and what is not...and the speedy response is second to none. I bought the Opener from them in 2007 and the Original 1991 existing cables and springs lasted till now. If the spring didn't break I wouldn't have even thought about replacing the rollers. WHAT A DIFFERENCE. My door moves soooo easily with the new rollers. Without them, the new springs would have incurred unnecessary stress taking their life expectancy to a lower number of years. TRUST THESE GUYS They REALLY know how to care for your door needs at a very reasonable cost and impressive speed to keep your inconvenience to a minimal time. They were there in an hour from my call. FANTASTIC. Do I recommend them ABSOLUTELY.
