Having discovered a broken spring on my garage door early on a Sunday morning I checked the Yellow pages for a 24 hour service repair company. I called Precision and was told that a technician would arrive between 12 and two. Jason Wagar arrived at 11:45. He immediately began recommending the repairs and pointed out problems with my current set up. I gave my OK for his suggestions, and he went about his work. Upon completion he showed me how to test the door for balance and gave me maintenance tips. I am very happy with the service and will recomend your company to my friends. Job well done!!

Fred was excellent! Starting with communicating (he was able to come early) and through his explanation of the problem and solution, I felt he was just what I would want from a service tech. The repair was not what I'd call cheap, but it was quite reasonable for the issue I had-- Fred found a way to update some worn parts and make adjustments so the old door works like new without the total replacement I feared... and that I'm sure some companies would have forced on me! I'd recommend him and Precision to anyone.

Ron Kull was extremely professional in helping us decide on how best to fix our garage doors. We were very concerned about the appearance of new doors, the quality, workmanship of instllation, and price. We have a very difficult site where the garage is beneath our living room. There is not much headroom to work with and we need a quiet operation. We have talked with several garage door companies over the years, but no one gave us much hope on how to improve them. After several visits Ron determined that the best solution would be to repair and repaint the existing doors. They would maintain the rustic look of the house with cedar shakes and stone, but work like new. The doors open better than they have in 20 years. They look better. They are so much quieter. We are totally satisfied with the work and value we received. As a self employed businessman I was especially impressed with Ron Kull's professionalism and his desire to do what is best for his customer. I recommend his service for anyone looking for honest advice and quality work at a competitive price.
