Ronnie tried to make the system work with the current hardware. He called me out to the garage to demonstrate the problems. He explained in detail the source of the problem. At each step he pointed out the cost for each suggested change and the benefits. He showed me that the 1/4" cladding on the front of the garage doors was overriding the original springs. A very professional approach! Here are your problems; here are your solutions; here are your costs. We wish we had called years sooner!

My garage door stopped working today. What a day for it to conk out. Christmas Eve day. I called several Garage Door companies and all were closed because of the coming Christmas holiday. Fortunately I had a positive response from â??Precision Door Serviceâ?? and Ron showed up earlier that he was scheduled for. He pinpointed my problem, repaired it quickly, and even did a few extra things the garage door needed. The price was more than fair. There will be no other garage door service for me. Ronnie squeezed us in the day that I called. The spring had gone on our door and we were in the middle of our first snowfall of the year and really wanted to get our cars into the garage. He was super courteous and explained everything that we needed in laymans terms. He gave me my options without any undue pressure and finished the job in a very timely fashion.
