My garage door stopped working today. What a day for it to conk out. Christmas Eve day. I called several Garage Door companies and all were closed because of the coming Christmas holiday. Fortunately I had a positive response from â??Precision Door Serviceâ?? and Ron showed up earlier that he was scheduled for. He pinpointed my problem, repaired it quickly, and even did a few extra things the garage door needed. The price was more than fair. There will be no other garage door service for me. I appreciate Ron's professionalism.He was on time ,clearly explained how the new system works and removed the empty boxes that held the newly installed door opener. He also repaired the garage door that needed new springs and a new roller. I also appreciate that he promised to come back if I have further problems with the door.

Ronnie squeezed us in the day that I called. The spring had gone on our door and we were in the middle of our first snowfall of the year and really wanted to get our cars into the garage. He was super courteous and explained everything that we needed in laymans terms. He gave me my options without any undue pressure and finished the job in a very timely fashion. I would not hesitate to refer anyone to Ronnie and would use him again (although I hope that I don't have to anytime soon).

When returning home in the evening and discovering that my garage door would not open, I searched for service immediately. I was shocked when I spoke with the operator at Precision at 8:45pm, as she alerted me that a tech would arrive between 9:00 and 11:00 that night! Ronnie clearly explained the issues with my door, provided various options, and replaced the spring, rollers, bearings, etc. that same evening. I would recommend Precision to anybody that needs garage door repairs/replacements.

I was very impressed with the technician's knowledge and skill working on a very old system. He quickly replaced all of the old hardware, installed a new door opener, and adjusted everything perfectly in about 3 hours. I'll definitely call them in the future for any service.
