First, he did not try to sell me anything I did not need. Second, he was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the issue and what he needed to do to fix it. We are from Watertown, NY and our daughter just purchased her first home. We are very interested in her safety and I went on the internet to check for door openers as it is an older garage. I was very impressed with your presentation and credentials but a little disappointed when I requested to speak with someone who installs to obtain the information I needed as I know nothing about this. The person I spoke with informed me that they could handle this and at that time I mentioned a couple of times that I thought that someone should look at the garage first and I was informed that would not be necessary. So the appointment was set and she advised I should get a particular door opener. We came from Watertown first of all to assist our son who lives in Pittsford with his three children while our daughter in law was away for the week. We received a call from Mary who was extremely professional requesting we change our appointment from Thursday to Saturday due to illness of the installers. We did and we met for our appointment on Saturday 10/23 only to be told by the Technician Jason Wagar that we would have to alter the garage to make it fit the way it should. Needless to say this was a complete inconvenience for us as we had to find a contractor to do the work immediately as we would have to return home the first of the week. Jason was extremely professional and sympathetic to us and we appreciated all his advice concerns and suggestions. He definitely made a bad situation better with his thoughtfulness and caring. We advised him that we would have to complete this on Monday and forget it as we had to return to Watertown and we did not want it done without being there. We were dealing with a lot of money here and didn't want anything less than a first class job done. We can't say enough about the work ethic of Jason you are certainly lucky to have such an employee he certainly would make anyone feel that they wanted to do business with you. You can tell he likes his job and is a complete professional with his demeanor. He made sure that the office knew when we called when the construction was completed that he would do it on Monday so that we could return home with the peace of mind that our daughter was safe and happy with her garage security. Thank you for requesting our comments. I also would like to mention that we are very security oriented and concerned about who does our work.

Precision performed garage door repair on a same-day basis and the service was excellent. I didn't know anything about garage doors, and the technician explained in great detail how my garage door works and how to remedy simple issues with it. Moreover, the charge for same-day service was significantly lower than other companies quoted.

Fred came to the house first and did a good job laying out our options without putting any pressure on us. We chose to put a new garage door on, and Robert did that work and it seems fine. We thought the light wasn't properly reconnected to the new door, so Ron you came out and determined it was just a burned out bulb (sorry about that). Overall, happy with the experience. We would recommend you to a neighbor or friend. Key features of the yellow pages ad (which is where we found you) were the same day service (which we ultimately did not use), the assertion you can fix any kind of door system and being a residential specialist. Your company is customer service oriented. From the time that I received the initial quote to the time that the door was installed, I was extremely pleased with the service. Fred was the technician that arrived to repair my broken spring. He repaired my springs quickly. He also inspected all the hardware and provided options while he was here. I chose to have all the rollers and bearings replaced in addition to the springs. I now have a lifetime warranty on all the parts of my door. I do not have to worry about repairs to my door again.

We have an old wooden garage door that took lots of muscle to open - and we wanted to add a garage door opener to it. Ronnie Kull, the Company Owner came to our rescue. He was able to save the door and make it move smoothly. In essence, he reinstalled the 35 year old door properly and added the correct springs to balance the door. He gave me many tips so I could install the opener myself. I ran into trouble due to very minor clearance between the rail and the door. On another call Ronnie added special brackets at the top of the door for proper clearance, and finished the installation. It works very smoothly! Ronnie is a superb technician who is extremely knowledgeable about garage door operation. I recommend him without reservation. And I can't wait to share the name of this company with my network of friends. Ronnie is absolutely a 5 Star Technician, and I rate his company at the top of the list. Regards, Gary Offen
