Very helpful. Realize we don't need a new garage door, will just need a new garage door opener, and key pad. Ron tuned it up for the meantime. And we will have him replace the old garage door opener and key pad very soon.

I chose Precision because 5 years ago, on a Sunday, the spring on my garage door broke and we could not open the garage. I called the garage door company I used before and they weren’t able to come out for 2 weeks. Both cars were in the garage and we would not have been able to go to work the next morning. I called several garage door companies with no luck and then I called Precision. There emergency tech arrived 2 hours later on Sunday. My springs were replaced and I was very pleased with the job that was done and the tech that did the work. This service was to replace the safety sensor that a wild animal had chewed through. The tech that arrived was the owner and he was very professional and did a great job. I highly recommend Precision for your garage door needs.

If you appreciate professional, courteous service, make Precision your garage door vendor. Ask for technicians Phil and Chris, they were respectful of my home and performed timely quality workmanship. Love my new garage door opener but more than that I valued their service.

Our garage door decided to break on Thursday night. Contacted Precision on Friday, and the problem with fixed on Sunday. Easy to deal with, and the job was done quickly (along with fixing a few other things that the original installer did wrong). I will absolutely call again if we need garage door service, and they'll be my recommendation if neighbors ask who to call for this sort of work. THANK YOU!

Had Precision install openers and new doors in 2012, the Technician was very helpful providing education in the care and maintenance of the equipment. Fast forward to 2026, 13 years! and began experiencing intermittent closing problems on one of the doors. Called for a service appointment which was promptly scheduled as this was not an emergency, the Technician called ahead on the day of the appointment and asked if it was okay to come earlier than scheduled, when does that ever happen!, Turns out the technician was the Owner of the Company, Ron, he promptly diagnosed the problem, a bad board, which was corrected with the installation of a new opener vs trying to find replacement parts for an opener no longer in production. Ron also went above and beyond by lubricating both doors and replacing the bottom rubber seals. I can't say enough about the professionalism of this company, the quality of the work and cleanliness after the job is done.

I have used Precision in the past and was always pleased with the service I received. This time around was no different. I had an emergency and Ron came out sooner than originally promised and repaired my door quickly, efficiently and also made some recommendations for my door going forward. I am completely comfortable in purchasing a new door from Precision. I not only look at what I am purchasing but more importantly the service I will receive after the purchase. Precision has proven time and again that I made the right choice. I look forward to getting my new door and to continue my relationship with Precision!

Ron was amazing. He fixed our garage door in a few mins, it was obvious that he is not only an expert but also enjoys what he does. The fix was so trivial that he did not even feel justified to get paid....he literally locked-in a loyal customer by showing that grace and kindness!!

Ron was even a few minutes early for the appointment. He adjusted our 30 year old garage door and said we didn't need new cables. But did say we should keep an eye on the door as it is getting weak and I appreciate. Thanks, Ron, for great work.

I made an appointment with Precision Garage Door of Rochester due to water coming into the garage under the door when experiencing heavy rains. Ron, the owner, came out and examined the door. He explained that the water coming in under the door was not due to any problems with the door and that the bottom rubber on the door which was in great shape. I very much appreciated Ron's honesty and his patient and thorough explanations in answer to my questions. Ron is courteous, respectful, professional, and skilled. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door of Rochester!
