Our technician Phil was able to answer all our questions and accept our order without an additional sales call. Phil also completed the install of the new door and opener. On 8Aug I had your company come to my home for a malfunctioning garage door opener. Phil Mormon, the tech, called to let me know approx. arrival time. He was prompt and very friendly. I have to admit he did seem perplexed at first, but he was very persistent and narrowed down the problem( at times it was kind of funny) . He was very business like however. He explained a few options to correct the problem and then corrected said problem. If this is an example of your work force, I would have no qualms of dealing with Precision Garage Doors in the future.

Garage door springs were adjusted to eliminate the occassional error that comes up when the door is opened saying "excessive force used when opening the door" Only complaint is that a rod was used to hold the shaft while the spring was tightened. The rod pressed against the drywall each time spring was tightened and exerted significant pressure leaving 4 indentations in the drywall on each side. I'll have to spackle and repaint.

Excellent Service! Garage door spring broke on a Friday, they showed up on SUNDAY to repair it. The owner came out himself, explained everything that needed to be fixed and then fixed it very quickly. He also showed us that our cables needed to be replaced. Now when we use our garage door, it’s so much quieter it feels like it’s brand new. Fast, professional, and reasonably priced!

It is difficult to find enough adjectives to describe my experience with yesterday's service call. So let's try this: ECSTATIC !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If you want specifics, my original appt. was for 5-7 PM on the following day, but he called the day before announcing that he was nearby and could come right over, AND later I found that he had cancelled the previous appt. FOR ME me so that was one less detail to contribute to the TOTAL trauma of a stuck shut garage door. The repair was totally completed in record time and again, I can't stop gushing with relief and enthusiasm over the whole experience with Precision. Thanks again Ron!

Chose them because the did a repair for me in 2019 on the door spring. The came right out did a great job and did not charge an inflated price. I contacted them to replace my garage and shed doors due to damage from a hail storm in 2024. I was pleased with their cost for work and had them order the material. Work is scheduled in a couple of weeks and I am sure that that it will be good quality.
