"Z" was a very professional capable person. He replaced a battery that had lost its charge and explained how it worked. It seemed unlikely that the back up battery needed replacement after only 4 years, as it's only used as a backup for then the electricity is out.

Thank you Precision for your excellent service on Father’s Day! Ron came out at 8 AM Sunday morning with no additional fee considering it was Father’s Day. He quickly diagnosed the sensor issue, replaced the sensors, did some light maintenance and was on his way within 15 minutes. Very glad I chose Precision to install my garage opener 5 + years ago because their follow-up service was amazing. Highly recommend!
