Phil Mormon came and fixed our broken cable problem on our garage door. He was very professional, very cleanly, and very knowledgeable. He took less than 45 minutes to correct the problem. He even adjusted our automated garage door opener to more reliably close each time. He also made recommendations for future improvements that we may need to consider in the future. Precision Garage Door Service has been my "go-to" company with any garage door/opener issues that I've had. I have had great experiences every time, while their workers are professional, hard working, and polite. "Z" was great today. He installed a new opener and replaced a number of parts that were due to be updated. He was efficient and explained things clearly. The technician sent me a text prior to his arrival, so I knew who’d be coming to my door. When he arrived, he inspected the garage door opener (which was ancient and had broken) as well as the door’s mechanical system, which needed work. He was able to fix the door as well as install a new door opener on the spot, at a fair price. Excellent service, would recommend!

I would recommend Ron and his company to anyone. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He thoroughly inspected my door opener and found it was jammed and proceeded to fix it. He also inspected my garage door and oiled the joints. It's as good as new (even if it is 20 years old.) He also made a point to stress that if your garage door is stuck in the open position to NEVER pull the opener cord. Wait for a professional to safely lower the door. It is very dangerous.
