Precision installed our door years ago and did a great job. We recently had a cable break on our door's tension spring so I called to schedule someone to come take care of it. They said someone could be to my house between 7 to 9 PM, which was okay. Mark (The technician) called later in the day and let me know that my appointment could be earlier at 4 PM. When he got there we greeted each other wearing masks. After an inspection, he explained what was needed to fix the problem and how much the bill would be. I left him to do the work and he knocked on the door when he was finished about a half hour later. Mark was very professional and explained how I could minimize having this problem in the future. This was fantastic service. A++

Also, I always know who to expect, and any questions I have are answered thoroughly. I had had my old garage doors that were purchased from another company serviced several times by Precision, and the work was always done quickly and well. When it was time to get new doors, I decided to buy from Precision Door, as their products looked very good, both in style and quality. I found just what I wanted.

Felix was wonderful. He quickly diagnosed that the gear on my 24 year old door opener was going and showed me the evidence. He gave me the price to fix it. After the install, he walked me through what he had done, showed me all of the features. Felix was professional, answered all of my questions. The garage door now works like new. Ron made a very long trip very late in the day to do an emergency repair himself to help us (a senior couple) because the rest of his techs were tied up helping other customers. If the rest of his staff is is even close to his talent, efficiency, knowledge, friendliness, professionalism and fairness ... well, we’ll just say you can’t go wrong to ask them to fix ANY of your garage door problems!
