Service is great but pricing is ridiculous. Why does one need to pay for a service call when getting a new opener installed? I had a new water heater installed this year and service fee was waived when I purchased the heater. Next time around (hopefully not for many years) I’ll look elsewhere.

I’ve had Precision Door do other garage door work in the past. They are fast, reliable and reasonable. Felix replaced my door springs today, giving me a quote before work was started. After another service provider fixed? a broken spring and left the door working but unbalanced and nearly destroyed the opener, I called Precision Door. They arrived on schedule, corrected the door balance, cleaned up opener wiring mangled by the other provider, lubricated the bearings and charged a VERY reasonable fee. If I only had called Precision Door first!!! I am very pleased with this service.
