I simply cannot believe the service that was provided - especially for the cost. Felix was incredible. I have a historic home with historic garage doors (solid wood, leaded glass, etc.). One of the doors was not opening right. Felix worked, adjusted, and toiled with that door for literally FIVE HOURS+ until it opened and closed correctly. He was DETERMINED to make it perfect. I could not believe how hard he worked or how committed he was to the job. Truly EXCELLENT in every way. On top of that, he did not charge me anything extra for the many unplanned hours! He even had to make a second day visit. He started the second day with "OK, I have been thinking about this all night and I have a plan..." Exceptional service. I am a customer for life - particularly of Felix's! Wow. I am now looking for any other improvements I can make to the doors - just to get Felix back again.

My garage door spring broke on a Saturday morning. Wanting same day service I called these folks. They sent out a service tech named Marty who did a great job and explained every thing. Dave called to let us know that he would be a little early and we said that was great. He analysed the problem quickly and gave us a couple of options. We chose to replace the garage door opener and he was quick, efficient and thorough. Dave is very easy to work with, friendly and I'd recommend him to any of our friends and neighbors.

I would give Mark's service on Saturday a 5-star rating. He came right on time, found the problem was a broken wire in the activation system, and fixed it. Now the door works fine. He also did a lubrication of the mechanism, and the door runs quieter now. All this for about $50! So it was a very good service.

This is my first time using Precision Door and it certainly won't be the last. A cable broke on Saturday afternoon with 2 cars in the garage. All the other companies closed at noon. Total time from my call to Precision and Marty fixing the problem was less than 2 hours.

I was extremely pleased with the service that I received today. I was able to get a very quick appointment despite being almost an hour away from Rochester. The technician that came out to our business was very friendly and professional and he immediately diagnosed the problem. Obviously, he was knowledgeable. Our door was fixed in 30 minutes. Also, he took the time to explain to me what he needed to do, why he needed to do it, and he clearly outlined all costs that would be involved before performing the service. I would highly recommend Precision Door.

I am a repeat customer of Percision. We originally called 10+ years ago for a broken spring. We called on a Saturday afternoon, and a tech arrived a short time later. At that time the tech quickly rectified our problem, by replacing a broken spring. He explained that we only had one spring, but a two spring system would be recommended due to the size of our door. The work was done quickly and at a fair price. Today, my daughter called me at work to say she heard a loud noise while the garage door was closing, and the door was stuck halfway down. I told her not to worry, I know a guy. When I arrived home, I found a broken spring and a broken cable. I looked up the number for Precision Door and called for after-hours service. Within minutes I received a phone call from a tech who told me he was on his way to my home. He arrived and looked over the job and gave me an exact quote. He had all the parts in stock, on his truck, and had the door operating in about an hour. Prompt, courteous, and very professional. Three words I would use to describe the individual who serviced my garage door, on both occasions ! I would recommend your company to anyone.

I was a previous customer at a different house near Bushnell's Basin. At our new house, one of the overhead garage door springs broke and needed replaced. Drew was able to arrive early which was good and replaced the two springs and pulleys as well as reset the cables. The door now works great! I was also given the promotion "Buffalo Bills" discount! Fast, efficient service. This is the second time Dave has visited our house. The first time, he repaired the door when I had been told I should "just replace it". He assured me it had many years of service left. This visit was for a failing opener. He arrived early, replaced the opener in about an hour with one that ran much smoother. I'll definitely be calling Precision again next time I need service.
