This was my first time hiring Precision and it was a great experience. I was able to get an appt within 2 days of calling, I was given a time frame, and the technician called me when he was on his way. The service for getting a new opener installed was great. Options were clearly laid out for us. Our professional was able to identify a not-so-obvious issue with the door itself as well. He then provided a quick fix on that element to allow us a little time in researching/making a decision on that aspect. I really appreciate that part and the fact he didn't immediately try to sell us on that right away. I would definitely recommend using Precision to anyone and will use them again in the future.
