I was very pleased with my outcome. I found the technician to be very personable and extremely efficient. He pinpointed the problem in less than a minute and fixed the door in less than 5 minutes. He also did a complete inspection of the door and lubricated all the moving parts.

Busted garage door spring. Google search. Hope for the best. In this case - very happy how things turned out. Service tech was the owner of the company - out grinding away on a Saturday afternoon. That should be all you need to know about this company. Talked to me about the repair, made it happen in a flash, didn’t try and sell me new expensive doors - and he was gone. Really appreciated the ease of the process from start to finish on the repair. Highly recommend Precision Door.

Precision installed our door years ago and did a great job. We recently had a cable break on our door's tension spring so I called to schedule someone to come take care of it. They said someone could be to my house between 7 to 9 PM, which was okay. Mark (The technician) called later in the day and let me know that my appointment could be earlier at 4 PM. When he got there we greeted each other wearing masks. After an inspection, he explained what was needed to fix the problem and how much the bill would be. I left him to do the work and he knocked on the door when he was finished about a half hour later. Mark was very professional and explained how I could minimize having this problem in the future. This was fantastic service. A++

Precision was prompt and professional in every way; from the scheduling person to the Technician, Felix. He was congenial and very thorough. While the problem was easily fixed, he went beyond expectations and lubricated everything and checked all aspects of the door’s operation to be sure it was safe and ready to be used regularly. I felt cared for and respected. Thank you Felix and thank you Orecision!!

Every time I have used the services of Precision Door of Rochester, I have been extremely pleased. The communication is excellent - there is no waiting around for a technician as I always get a call to know exactly when they will arrive (and they are always on time). Also, I always know who to expect, and any questions I have are answered thoroughly. I had had my old garage doors that were purchased from another company serviced several times by Precision, and the work was always done quickly and well. When it was time to get new doors, I decided to buy from Precision Door, as their products looked very good, both in style and quality. I found just what I wanted.

Felix was wonderful. He quickly diagnosed that the gear on my 24 year old door opener was going and showed me the evidence. He gave me the price to fix it. After the install, he walked me through what he had done, showed me all of the features. Felix was professional, answered all of my questions. The garage door now works like new. I will definitely recommend Precision Door to my friends!

Ron made a very long trip very late in the day to do an emergency repair himself to help us (a senior couple) because the rest of his techs were tied up helping other customers. If the rest of his staff is is even close to his talent, efficiency, knowledge, friendliness, professionalism and fairness ... well, we’ll just say you can’t go wrong to ask them to fix ANY of your garage door problems!
