Our garage door spring broke, I checked the websites of a few places and liked the practical approach of precision, and the customer reviews. They came the same day I called, Ron was great, was direct about what was broke, how they could fix it and what it would cost. He offered me two paths, one to replace only the spring, the other to replace the spring and the rollers. Based on his advice I chose to add the new rollers, the doors now work better than ever, fixed same day, for the price he quoted. Great work, thank you!

I am extremely happy with how seamless and easy your company makes it to get repairs done. I had my aging garage door opener replaced along with the keypad and other openers. Mark Sherman and his partner were top notch technicians displaying professionalism and efficiency. They took about an hour to complete the task and I could not be happier. This is the second time I have used this service and their name says it all. The first time I had Ron the owner appear at my house and do the service. You can tell a lot by working with the owner of a business and he was great. This time I had Dave Ackley who arrived on time and offered some suggestions as well as giving me the estimate in advance. I just had my garage door repaired and the entire experience was great! Felix Coriano was my tech and he was FABULOUS! He called and gave me a 20 minute "heads up" which was very much appreciated. Upon arrival he was super polite and very informative regarding the repair needed. I also appreciate him letting me know what was needed to keep the system running smoothly for years to come. My daughter and son-in-law purchased a garage door and opener from Precision and were very pleased. They recommended Precision to me. Ron was prompt for the appointments for both our estimate and the installation. He has an excellent knowledge of his products. I was impressed by his professionalism as well as the fact that there was absolutely no pressure to push us towards particular products or to try to close the sale quickly. The installation of the garage door and opener were done on the date and time promised. The work was done very well and the door and opener work very well. Dave was early. He looked over the situation and gave me options and what the cost was. I/he thought it would be a repair, but when he got to the opener he could see it would require replacement. Dave showed me where the issue was. Preformed the new installation and programmed the unit. Tested it before he left. Good Job.

Drew came out to my house yesterday to fix a broken spring on my garage door. After looking at the door, he explained that while the spring was broken, replacing the springs would not fix the actual problem which was a cracked door panel. Drew created an estimate on what was needed to be done to fix the problem, explained the process and pricing, and even told me to shop around if I wanted. He was confident that the pricing and services offered by Precision would not be beat. I greatly appreciate Drew being thorough and upfront. Many businesses would have you pay for the repair today, and the total replacement later. We plan to schedule our door replacement with Precision in the next few weeks.
