My garage door opener broke unexpectedly on Sunday morning (both a spring and part of the opener itself). Called Precision and they were able to get me an after-hours appointment Sunday evening at 7PM. Found Precision on a Google search and making the appointment by phone was easy. I also received an Email confirmation. Felix who did the work called and arrived a few minutes early. He diagnosed the problem very quickly, had all the parts needed for the repair in his truck and completed the work in about an hour. Felix was very nice and explained everything well. He noticed a couple other minor repairs that also needed to be addressed and completed those at the end as well at no charge (only a few minutes of work, but much appreciated. I thought the price for the whole job was reasonable and I wouldn't hesitate to call Precision in the future.

Insanely fast service - our cars were stuck in our garage and they originally weren't coming until 5pm... then they called back and had a technician nearby, so he came earlier at noon - and literally had my door fixed within 90 minutes of my original phone-call!! Mark Sherman was my technician. He was extremely personable, prompt for the appointment (even called ahead and offered to come earlier than my scheduled service window, which I too him up on), and was very knowledgeable and experienced in servicing garage doors, openers and the system that connects the two. I found Precision on Internet search for Garage Door openers. Called and scheduled appointment for that afternoon. Prompt service; called before came to let me know he'd be there at specific time beforehand. He found that my 15 year old opener had been wired incorrectly, even though it still functioned. He re-wired it, adjusted sensors, lubricated tracks and inspected for other problems. Very helpful with recommendations. I would definitely recommend this company. Their cost for a service call was half of that quoted from original garage door opener installer.

After assessing the damage after a wind storm and then heavy snow storm I found two damaged garage doors. I contacted Precision and they came the next day. The whole process took just about 2 hours. The tech assessed the damage and provided us a clear written quote. He also told us it would take him just about two hours which it did.The tech was very knowledgeable, his truck was fully equipped and when completed he explained how to operate the new unit. Very happy..5stars
