Serviceman called early to advise he would be a little late (really wasn't late). Gave me recommendations (normal sales stuff) but had no problem when I chose option I needed. Installed quickly & didn't seem to mind me watching. Too dangerous to try myself..... Was very satisfied with price and installation.

Amazing service!!! And FAST!!! We had a beautiful new garage door installed a few years ago by Precision and knew that it was only a matter of time before we needed a new garage door opener. They never tried to push that on us either and said that the one we had was still working fine. Well..... today was the day that it stopped working! I called Precision at 11:15 and the whole thing was installed by 1:00!! Great people!!! Thank you so much!!!

Yes, I ran into my own garage door! I only wish I could have blamed someone else. However, it only got better from that point on. I called Precision and Ron came out the next morning. What a pro! He helped me choose the right door at a great price, and arranged to have it installed two days later. Dave arrived right on time and was finished in a flash. Dave was superb! He arrived spot on time, then evaluated and lubricated all three doors in 15 minutes. Afterward, he clearly explained his findings and alternatives for addressing them. We agreed on a course of action and Dave implemented it within an hour. The doors have performed flawlessly since then.

After a rough start and a few SNAFUs, I'm happy to report that my new garage door is very garage doory! Honestly though, Drew had a rough time of it between a door screen he had never seen and then finding out that the wrong sized door had been sent. He was rightfully frustrated, but kept calm and showed nothing but a professional demeanor. Once the initial humps were dealt with, things went smoothly and as an added bonus, the door was 100% finished just as the rain hit. Hopefully will never need a new door again, but if I do I know who I will call!

The large main spring broke on our garage door holding one of our vehicles "hostage". We called Precision first thing the next morning and they scheduled us for a repair that same day. Felix and Dave were the technicians that came to fix the spring. They did a great job, were friendly and very personable. We would definitely call Precision again and highly recommend them.

The left torsion spring broke on my garage door on a Saturday night. I did some research on the internet and noticed that Precision Door had excellent reviews from their customers so I called them on Monday morning and scheduled service for Tuesday afternoon. I was pleasantly surprised when Precision Door Technician Felix Coriano informed me he would be fixing my door the very same day! In addition to fixing my springs, I had him replace all the rollers as well. Now my door works perfectly, is super quiet, and good to go for the next 20 years! So glad I called Precision Door instead of doing it myself.
