The large main spring broke on our garage door holding one of our vehicles "hostage". We called Precision first thing the next morning and they scheduled us for a repair that same day. Felix and Dave were the technicians that came to fix the spring. They did a great job, were friendly and very personable. We would definitely call Precision again and highly recommend them.

The left torsion spring broke on my garage door on a Saturday night. I did some research on the internet and noticed that Precision Door had excellent reviews from their customers so I called them on Monday morning and scheduled service for Tuesday afternoon. I was pleasantly surprised when Precision Door Technician Felix Coriano informed me he would be fixing my door the very same day! In addition to fixing my springs, I had him replace all the rollers as well. Now my door works perfectly, is super quiet, and good to go for the next 20 years! So glad I called Precision Door instead of doing it myself.

I have 2 garage doors that I wanted serviced and purchased a service deal on Angie's list for one of them. When setting up the appointment, I informed the company I would like to have my 2nd door serviced as well but was only able to purchase one deal on Angie's List at the time of checkout. When Mark showed up I explained the situation and he called his boss to see what he could do on price for the second door. To my amazement Precision honored the Angie's list price for the second door. Mark was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He did a fantastic job explaining everything and did top notch work. I would highly recommend Mark & Precision to anyone having issues with their garage door. Thank you for the excellent customer service!

Precision Door removed and old garage door and installed a beautiful insulated "woodgrain color" door and opener 3 years ago and recently came out for a maintenance check up. When we arrived home Sunday afternoon and our garage door wouldn't open, we were sure the spring was broken. Called at 8:45 and Drew arrived less than 2hrs later. We discussed options on repairing the broken spring and worn bearings. His honesty was truly refreshing. As for the actual repair, not only was it completed promptly, but it was very apparent Drew takes great pride in his work. We chatted a bit and I found him to be exceptionally amicable, professional, and a truly interesting person to talk with. Good service and everything explained thoroughly. Curtious repair technicians. I understand why service charges are done. However if repairs are made service fees should be waved. If I decided not to use the service then the service charge would be changed to customers. Overall good service. This is the second time we used you and would considered again.
