Broken Spring, cables and rollers replaced, quickly and efficiently. While I hope not to need to call again for a long time, I would do so in an instant if the need arose. The people on the phone doing the scheduling were pleasant and Ron was great - answered questions as he went along and made the door work better than it had before the spring broke. We had need of a return visit, to make a minor adjustment and that too was well taken care of, both in scheduling and adjusting.

Incredible Customer Service!!! I got a return call after hours, Ron came to the house the next day, such a nice guy and very professional! A week later, Mark shows up, he called ahead and was able to come earlier than scheduled! Terrific guy! Oh yeah, as for the product, they replaced a large garage door on a pole barn, very reasonably priced! Beautiful door with a new key pad and two remotes!! Thanks so much and if you are reading this review and looking for a new door or service, look no further. These guys are real deal and you will be very pleased!! Good luck!

We saw an ad in the phone book yellow pages that stated Precision worked on our make of garage door opener. It was great to communicate with a person when we called. I also liked the internet connection, to confirm appts., and pictures and brief bios of the technicians. The reviews were also helpful and interesting. Ron arrived both days on the early side of the estimated appointment time. Ron replaced the mother board in our opener very reasonably. It's been working great ever since. Thanks, Ron. I had used another company to install my garage door & opener in 2003. I saw your ad in the yellow pages and liked that it was accredited by the BBB. Felix was my repairman. He did an absolute fabulous job of fixing my garage door. He explained in detail what he was doing and showed me as he went along. I love my garage door now! It opens and closes so smoothly. He also suggested I later have the rollers replaced. I plan on doing that. I am so happy that I called Precision and have already told my friends about your excellent customer service. Precision was the firm I purchased the opener from, so I turned to you for repairs. As always the responsiveness and service from Precision was 5- Star. It was a nice touch getting a heads-up e-mail including the name and photo of the technician who would arrive later in the day. Felix called to see if I minded him arriving a little early....of course not! This is the 2nd time due to freeze and thaw that my door jumped the track....last time the (anonymous) technician said since I was the cheeriest person he had dealt with that day, the quick fix was no-charge. Thank-you to your team!

The spring on our 1939-model flip-up garage door sprung its moorings with a bang; I called you guys based on these reviews and Mark Sherman came out on a bitter-cold morning, pronounced the spring itself (long out of production) OK and drilled it back in better than it had ever been, spray-lubricated everything and threw in a new door handle -- quick, all business, and reasonable. Bought us some time and when this finally does quit we'll definitely be back. Thanks!

I contacted Precision to repair a broken garage door opener. In discussing my situation, they reviewed pricing for a new garage door opener. I decided that was the best way to go. We absolutely love our new opener, replaced a 16 year old opener, and have been glad we did. I have already recommended them to several friends.

We have a two bay garage and both doors were in need of upgrade/repair. Called Precision on a Friday, technician was there on Saturday (called ahead to ask if he could move appt time up, Yes pls!). Dave didn't attempt to sell us anything we didn't need, performed upgrade/repair on both doors and opener installation the same day. Special request to replace gasket seals on bottom of each door (special material not std on the truck) was accommodated within a few days. Best contractor experience we have had in a long time. Will definitely recommend Precision to family and friends.

I was impressed that a repair person could come out within 1 day after I called. The opener is working fine and the repair was less than half the price of a replacement opener. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Precision. This was the second time we used Precision. They replaced our door two years ago and we've received a lot of compliments on it.
