Good service and everything explained thoroughly. Curtious repair technicians. I understand why service charges are done. However if repairs are made service fees should be waved. If I decided not to use the service then the service charge would be changed to customers. Overall good service. This is the second time we used you and would considered again.

Drew Stewart installed a replacement garage door opener today. He was extremely prompt, efficient and very pleasant. He made sure that I operated the new equipment and was very helpful since I am in my late 80's. I would highly recommend him and the service was definitely five star.

My first time using Precision and from now on they will be the only company I call for any garage door issues. My service tech Dave was very professional and did a great job. I am very impressed with the whole team! Thank you!

Both of your technicians were polite and did there job well. They explained what had gone wrong and what would help keep our door working better and we had them replaced the rollers. Also I asked them about a garage door opener and they gave me advice and price of each kind. Again, they seemed to like their job and working with people.

On the sixth snowiest day of all time in this county, Precision got to our house for a busted spring on the garage. When the tech arrived, he got a call from the office saying they were going to close for the day due to weather, and, they should have closed, it was terrible out there. The technician stayed and fixed the garage before leaving. He is our HERO

My house was built over 50 years ago with two Overhead Door garage door openers. They performed very well over the years. I have been very satisfied with the product. Mark did a great job repairing the broken spring today. He deserves a raise.

David Mackay and Dave Ackley were very professional and knowledgeable. They replaced the 20 year old door opener and 40 year old rollers, then added security cables for the springs, all in about an hour. They left the area cleaner than they found it. Their instructions and explanations were clear and concise. I recommend these two gentlemen and Precision Door Service without reservation.

I called to have a faulty door opener repaired & service tech suggested I save my money for a new opener. Several months later I received new door, new opener w/key pad. Haven't been trapped in the garage since. Such a great investment; several years later I called to have a new door, new opener and key pad installed at my moms home. Would absolutely recommend your service because you truly wear the name precision well. Thank you!!

The tech showed up 40 minutes early which was excellent and freed up our day. He was quick and efficient in assessing the issue. He didn't fabricate a problem in order to make a sale. He was honest and forthcoming in his assessment and actually saved us money by fixing the door. We will need to replace it eventually due to existing problem but we were spared a large expense for now. I would recommend this company without hesitation.

I called Precision yesterday and Dave MacKay came out a couple hours later; we needed two new garage door openers and new springs on one of the doors (the other door had had a spring replaced a year or so ago). Dave was very knowledgeable, courteous, and did the whole job that same day, finished up in a couple of hours. We were so relieved to have the job done so efficiently and quickly. The price was in keeping with other area technicians, etc. I would highly recommend Precision. Thank you!

My house was built in 1964 and contains a 15 foot by 7 foot wooden door. I doubt it has ever been serviced, I have been here for almost 39 yrs. The tracks were useable but the torsion springs, bearings, and rollers were shot. The door was far from being balanced and it would try to drop even if it was three fourths of the way open. Felix was the technician that came to review and fix the opening problems. Within 2.5 hours the door was working smoothly. It now will hold in place even open as low as one panel (1/4) of the way. Thanks for a great job. Kevin

I had a garage door spring brake this morning and I was not sure who to call. I saw your ad in the yellow pages and decided to give you a call. That decision turned out to be the best decision I could have made for garage door repairs. When I called and explained the problem the representative said they would have a technician (Dave) out to my house by 3:00 pm. I must say I was very surprised, I thought I would have to wait several days. Dave explained the problem to me, made several recommendations to me for the repair and we decided on the best fix. He had the work completed and was gone before 5:00 pm on the same day I called. I highly recommend Precision for your garage door needs.

Dave (and his accomplice Dave) were there promptly, provided great recommendations, were clear with expectations, completed the work beautifully and were off. We have used Precision for 2 different needs and have been happy with both outcomes. Service, convenience and value are worth the price.
