The owner came out to my house as scheduled on time and gave me a quote. We dickered a little and he won the bid based on QUALITY & PRICE. The Precision install crew made up of two men came out again as scheduled on time. They were friendly efficient and professional. There were a couple of additional things I wanted on the doors and they were very accommodating and willing to please. The doors look great, work great and are high quality. I highly recommend you get a quote from this company. I am completely satisfied and I don't say that very often.

The tech, Felix, knew just what he was doing and resolved the problem quickly. He made the added effort of checking the whole system over before leaving. Prior to his arrival had been kept informed by phone continuously of his pending arrival by the home office. Service as advertised and then some! Thanks!!

This is the first time I've used Precision but will call them again for door service. The appointment was convenient and the technician was prompt and efficient. I had called because I noticed frayed cables and the door made some odd noises. He replaced cables, aligned pulleys and lubricated everything.

The door was installed within a week. The technician was knowledgeable, conscientious, and courteous. The quality of his workmanship was excellent. My experience from beginning to end was first-rate. Precision Garage Door has been excellent!! I had the m install a brand new garage door and a few weeks later it needed a bit of adjustment with the remote door opener. We are getting so many compliments on our door. Dave was great, he really know want he was doing: and so polite. If 5 stars is the highest rating I would give him 6. I could not believe that one man could install a garage door, but he did and so efficiently. We have already recommended Precision to our friends and neighbors. The young lady in the showroom, I believe her name is Mary was great, with out her help, we could not have made up our minds. She talked to us about different styles of doors and let us take home samples and that made all the difference when it came to color. P.S Loved the dogs.
