5 stars: experienced a complete shut down of garage door unexpectedly late on a thursday night. Called Precision first thing friday and they showed up that day and fixed our door. This company is attentive, knowledgable, and dependable. I would recommend them wholeheartedly based on my positive experience. No non-sense customer friendly company.

I was stranded outside the house on a Sunday afternoon due to a non-functioning garage door! I called Precision not even knowing if anyone would be available on a Sunday. Luckily there was! Service person arrived and quickly assessed the problem and soon had it repaied. Service person was very knowledgeable and personable!

Mark showed up at the appointed time! Good planning. He installed the new opener as agreed to. He was courteous and professional. He also was able to do the job in the time-span he quoted. Great job from start to finish. We originally contacted Precision when one of our door springs broke. Ron came out as scheduled, very professional and VERY personable. Because the door was due for replacement and we were planning on it within a year we contracted Precision to replace the entire door. The process was seamless and kudos to Mary in the office and Dave the technician for great service. HIGHLY recommend these folks!

We're so happy with our new door. It's adds so much curb appeal to our house. The quality surpasses what I thought a garage door was. It's so solid and well built. I had Precision repair both my doors and install a new opener, When I got home the work was done and everything was cleaned up. I took a look at everything and boy was I impressed!!!! all the ball joints and chains and pulleys were clean and greased.

We needed a new keypad installed for our garage door and called Precision. Everything from the appointment to the install was performed in a professional manner. On the day of the install we were called prior to the technician showing up to let us know he was on his way. The job was performed by owner Ron Kull who was professional, knowledgeable and went the extra mile to make sure we were satisfied in every way. When we need our garage door serviced in the future, we will call Precision again.

Felix performed the tune-up service on our garage door - which had started to sporadically fail to open. He performed the service quickly and professionally and explained the likely causes of the issues and even pointed out some concerns with our second door (which was not being serviced, and now will probably work longer without service thanks to his advice). Highly recommend!

We found Precision Door's ad in the online website. We were given the standard service call price, time and date by a secretary. When Dave Mackay arrived he explained the possible problems and how they would range in cost to fix. We let him get to work. After a few minutes he knocked on the door and told us the price and that it would be the standard service fee of $49. plus tax. He then took us see the part involved and the cause of the problem...my husband's accidental cutting of a wire. This man deserves a 5 Star Rating!

The center mount of the lift spring had come loose due to a poor decision made during the original installation. (not done by Precision) I was most impressed with materials and craftsmanship when the repairs where completed. The technician was out standing and a pleasure to work with.

When our garage door broke we spoke with a number of area companies but quickly decided to go with Precision after meeting with Ron. Scheduling was quick and easy, Ron was very punctual for both the estimate and the install and was very respectful during both. The price was the better than the competition and he did not try to "sell" us on a particular product, just gave us the choices and facts. In our case our door was stuck in the open position and Precision was the only company that offered to close the door for us if we choose to go with them, and Ron returned the night we called to do just that. I have already recommended their service to a family member and will continue to do so in the future.
