One of our old garage door extension springs broke, leaving the heavy wooden door stuck in the closed position. I called Precision and they came the next day--a Sunday evening. Mark and I got the door open to get our car out. He said he could replace both springs but recommended replacing the door with a new steel door and safer spring system. There was no pressure to buy and since our existing door was 50 years old, we ordered a new door from Mark during the service call. Since we needed a non-standard 15 foot wide door, Precision did not have the model we wanted (with windows) in stock and had to order it. They scheduled installation 3 weeks out. On the scheduled date, Felix called prior to arrival, took about 4 hours to dismantle and remove the old door and install the new one. We are very pleased with the new door which is much quieter than the old one, while letting in daylight. I am a stickler for customer service and I have to give kudos to this company. The call-takers were efficient and polite. The two technician/installers were very courteous and professional. I found this company on Angie's List and would highly recommend them.

Ron was awesome. He called to see if I would be available earlier because he was ahead of schedule. We were back in business within 90 minutes of his arrival. Great customer service, from the initial call, to the install was done. Definitely glad I chose Precision Door for our repair.

I can't say enough great things about the work that was done to fix my totally broken garage door. The repairman came on a Saturday, was extremely polite, considerate and knew exactly what needed to be done. His work was excellent.

A cable broke on my garage door after regular working hours. I couldn't wait until morning to get the garage door opened. I called Precision and Mark came around 9:00 P.M. He was very tired after having started working early in the morning but he was still very pleasant and even took extra time to repair a part to save me the cost of a new one. He is the person I would call for any garage door repair.

When Ron did the estimate, he also made a small repair free of charge so that I could continue to use the original door till I was ready for the new door. I called Precision Door on a recommendation by my neighbor. Once the appointment time was set, I rec'd an email confirming the appointment window. Mark called me the day of the appointment to tell me he would arrive in 20 minutes. In exactly 20 minutes he was at my door. He evaluated the problem, was honest with me, & did not try to sell me a new garage door opener. He estimated the repair time, got to work and completed the task within the time he said it would take.
