We were very happy with Precision! Their pricing was very competitive and their workmanship was professional. The sales rep [Ron] was friendly and informative without a high pressure sales pitch. The installer [Dave] was friendly and efficient. The new door looks and functions great! We would certainly recommend this company. Thank you Precision!

I had a new garage door installed. It was a very favorable experience. The technician was very efficient and knowledgeable. The installation was done in the time I was told. I asked him for his card as my neighbor wants to have a new garage door opener installed. She will call him and make an appt. Thank You

We had two new garage doors installed at our Lake House. We chose Precision Door Service based on their website ratings and customer comments. So we are pleased to add our positive comments to their customer list. Jim and I were very happy with the entire door and hardware selection process, the scheduling and the installation. From start to finish the Precision team were professional, knowledgeable, timely and detail oriented. We would give them a five out of five rating.

My garage door was hesitating intermittently. I saw a deal on Angie's list that ended up being perfect for me. Mark came out, replaced my rollers, helped me set up the outside digital opener (which had never worked for the two years that I've lived here) and taught me some maintenance tricks. My garage door now works perfectly! I would highly recommend their service.

Mark did a awesome job on our garage doors, the day he did the install was less than perfect to say the least, probably the hottest most humid day of the summer. I've recommended Precision to several friends based solely on how hard Mark worked, explained everything he was doing and just generally a nice guy, any company would be lucky to have him as an employee. Thanks again Mark!

We interviewed a couple of companies and Precision came out better on pricing. But what really impressed us was the caliber of the work. The job was done when and as promised. The door is both attractive and QUIET!

I cannot stress how nice it is to do business with people who do what they say they will do, when they say they will do it, and for a fair price, and then stand behind their work and product. We love our new door and opener. Ron was a pleasure to deal with, and the people in the office lived up to our every expectation.

The owner came out to my house as scheduled on time and gave me a quote. We dickered a little and he won the bid based on QUALITY & PRICE. The Precision install crew made up of two men came out again as scheduled on time. They were friendly efficient and professional. There were a couple of additional things I wanted on the doors and they were very accommodating and willing to please. The doors look great, work great and are high quality. I highly recommend you get a quote from this company. I am completely satisfied and I don't say that very often.

The tech, Felix, knew just what he was doing and resolved the problem quickly. He made the added effort of checking the whole system over before leaving. Prior to his arrival had been kept informed by phone continuously of his pending arrival by the home office. Service as advertised and then some! Thanks!!

This is the first time I've used Precision but will call them again for door service. The appointment was convenient and the technician was prompt and efficient. I had called because I noticed frayed cables and the door made some odd noises. He replaced cables, aligned pulleys and lubricated everything.

I'm glad to be able to write this review. Felix, my service technician was excellent both in skill and customer service. He was very patient with me when explaining the workings of the system, and the "how to's" of operation. From the moment I received your appointment confirmation email complete with technician bios I knew I would be in good hands. I was! Thank you.

I have used Precision Door Service in the past and was pleased enough to refer them to a neighbor and also use their services a second time over the years for installation of a new garage door opener. I'm happy to give them a great review and would not hesitate referring them in the future.

5 stars. I had a single garage door with opener installed. I initially talked with the owner who examined our garage, explained the various options, and provided a quote. The door was installed within a week. The technician was knowledgeable, conscientious, and courteous. The quality of his workmanship was excellent. My experience from beginning to end was first-rate. I would highly recommend them and would use their services in the future.
