My Brother was having a new garage door and opener installed at his new home. Precision had installed and serviced the garage door/opener at his previous home and he was extremely satisfied with their service. I happened to be visiting my Brother when Ron arrived to give him an estimate. I mentioned to Ron that I was interested in a garage door and opener at my home and wanted to make an appointment for an estimate. Ron offered to come to my home, in the neighboring town, after he was done with my Brother. I had my estimate and install appointment scheduled soon after. The technician, Drew, arrived at the scheduled time shortly after giving me a courtesy call that he was on the way. He was courteous and professional throughout the 4+ hour install. Listen folks, as homeowners we have all had different service providers performing contracted work at our homes with varying degrees of customer satisfaction. All too often people are more inclined to hop onto a website to complain about bad service than to take the time to comment on an excellent job. I guess it's because, when we spend our hard earned money, an excellent job is what is expected and sometimes taken for granted. Precision Garage Door provided stellar service from estimate to install and will be my service provider for all my garage door needs in the future.

I promptly got an appointment and when it was determined I needed a new mechanism your technician was able to install it, right there and then. This was amazing and wonderful. Choose Precision because of past service...Technician arrived ten minutes early, discussed problem and went to work. Job was completed in less than an hour. Very polite, knowledgeable and competent. Very happy with service as in the past.

I had a spring on my garage door break and I really didn't know who to call, so I looked on line and checked out several sites. I contacted Precision Door on line and they responded by email and by phone within the hour. I set up the appointment and I was sent a confirmation email that included the name of the technician and his photo and a short bio. When Dave arrived this morning, he checked out the broken spring and he also checked out the rollers and cables. He advised me that I may need cables in the future and he gave me the price for the spring replacement. When he was done he lubricated the rollers and hinges and the new springs. Dave was polite, professional and knew his job well. The job was done in less than an hour, the price was reasonable and I would recommend them to anyone.

I purchased a special through Angies list- a full inspection with new rollers. The technician arrived early, was very courteous, professional and completed the job promptly. He balanced the door, and we discussed replacing the springs. He had time to replace the springs within the same appointment. I am very pleased with the end result and will use this company again.

My garage door spring decided to snap about 530pm. I called Precision and they were closed, but said they would have the on-call person out between 7 and 9pm and that the repairman would call on the way. Everything went just as they said and the repair was done in an hour. Super nice repairman!! Thank you Precision!!

Great Service, Great Work!!! The technician that serviced our garage door was here until after 8pm, he didn't leave until the work was done. I needed my torsion springs replaced because one of them broke. I was fortunate enough to have Felix as the gentleman who came to repair it. Not only was I very happy that he was able to make my appointment earlier than scheduled (he called ahead to see if it would be OK), but the speed at which he worked was very impressive. Felix was very friendly and was a fountain of information. As he worked he took the time to explain the importance of using quality parts and the proper maintenance and care of the door and related equipment. It was just luck that they sent Felix to my house, but if you need any service done to your door, you would be extremely fortunate to have Felix as your service man. Thanks Felix!!

My garage door opener failed on a Wednesday. I called Precision that afternoon. The next day Technician Mark came out and repaired it in about a half hour. The price was very fair and Mark was a great technician! Another thing I liked was that I could see a picture of Mark on the Precision website so it was easy to identify him when he arrived. Precision is a great place in every regard!

OMG!!!! Every other garage door company has told me to get a new door. A few of these other companies sent technicians who were willing to tinker with it first, but all of them ended up telling me the door was not able to be repaired. In the process of getting estimates for a new door, a neighbor recommended Precision. Precision not only gave me a reasonable estimate for the type of door I want (wood - which is appropriate for my neighborhood and my 75 year old house) but also spent over an hour adjusting the door..........and now it works!!!! Precision would not accept any payment, but wants me to call when I really do need a new door. Unreal!! I will definitely be working with Precision for any and all garage door needs in the future and will be telling all my friends!!

Dave did an outstanding job with the garage door installation. With it recently being painted, the door started sticking, thereby loosing its smooth operation. I called to have it checked, and a technician arrived shortly after I called. The sticking was caused by the paint still drying a month after is was applied. His suggestion of applying Vaseline between the doors (sparingly) resolved the issue.

Office staff was very professional and helpful when scheduling an appointment, and we also liked the follow up email confirmation with a picture of the technician that was to visit us. The technician was also very courteous and professional; he arrived at the stated time, he quickly solved our problem, and gave us very good maintenance advice for keeping our garage door in working order. We were very pleased all the way around!
