A very professional company, from setting up the appointment to coming out and doing the work efficiently and neatly. Like many companies, Precision has the tech call when on the way to your home, but then you also get a text confirming the call, with a photo of the technician who is on the way. I don't think it took him half an hour to replace the rollers on two garage doors, along with replacing the rubber gasket that seals the bottom of the doors.

Zikret was very polite and helpful. And didn't laugh too hard when we found old smoke detectors making the chirping sound. He did a nice job changing rusty hinges, adding a rubber thing to the bottom of the door and explaining things to me.

We've worked with Precision Garage Doors over the years and they've been constantly great. We had a reoccurring "bang!" when the door went up, and were concerned it might be something major. Zeak showed up right on time, and diagnosed and fixed the issue(s) in no time. I would say based on my experiences with them, their team has always been friendly and clear about what they recommended prior to doing the work, and never fail to repair and fix the problem. Nothing is cheap any more, but Precision is fair, and because of the quality of the work, I'd say they're a value. We won't be calling anyone else.

Didnt like the sound of garage door opener..Sadmir checked everything, lubed all, & spotted a hazard w/spring &adjusted.He told me opener was near 30 yr old.Asked if it should be replaced, replied no its still ok but will need eventual replacement . .Didn't try & sell me. I greatly appreciated the professional, respectful, and friendly service I received today from Sean. He worked hard to find the source of the problem with my aging garage door opener and explained in clear language what he was trying to do. Since the problem is intermittent I'm not yet sure if it was resolved. If I ultimately need to replace the opener I will definitely give my business to this company. Customer Service like this is rare in this day and age! Out of the blue our spring on garage door broke. We already knew the original installation was not normal and it was going to be a problem. Called to see if someone could come and take a look. 1.5 hrs later Ron was at my house! 2 days later he returned and fixed the spring so we can at least use the door. So happy with him no other quotes are even needed or wanted. We are going to replace the entire door and get a new opener. Thanks a million Ron!
