I contacted Precision Overhead Garage Door Service because one of the two springs broke on the garage door, trapping my car inside! I desperately needed my car because of numerous doctor appointments that I did not want to cancel and reschedule. Your repair person came promptly the same day, replaced the springs, made some minor adjustments, and released my car from its dungeon! Thankfully I was able to keep my doctor appointments as originally scheduled. A big THANK YOU to Precision Overhead Garage Door Service for coming to my rescue so quickly. Chris and his co-worker were courteous and very professional. Before they began working on the Opener, they answered all our questions regarding type of Opener, pricing and benefits of each unit. We were able to make an informed decision on what Opener we preferred and what unit best suited our needs.
