Precision came to my residence, on time.. with multiple notifications (day of and previous day).. and honestly evaluated my garage door hardware for potential replacement. My door cable broke on Sunday, I called Precision Door Service and reached a nice woman who scheduled my service for a 7:00pm to 9:00pm slot. Ron called me and said he could get to me sooner at 3:30pm if I was available. I said of course. Ron repaired my door quickly and I'm thankful for the service.

He was friendly and explained what was going on with the door opener, and gave us options about what we could do to repair or purchase a new one. Felix was the best. He suggested new rollers which make the door operation smooth and quiet. The spring replacement was difficult due to the minimal spa e to slide it on the steel shaft, but he got it done perfectly. Will highly recommend Precision to neighbors with problems. A+++++++

Our garage door spring suddenly broke on the Saturday morning before we were expecting a week of extreme cold temperatures. We called Precision Door Service and they were able to give us the options of emergency service on a Sunday evening or non-emergency on Tuesday. We opted for the Sunday service and also asked that if they were able to come earlier Sunday, we would be here. They were very professional-emailed and texted the appointment reminders/confirmations. The technician called in the morning after 9am on Sunday with a moved up time and all work was completed by around 11am-the technician was here for less than an hour and went over every step of what was done- had to brace door on bottom-older wooden ones. The estimate of the work was given prior to the appointment and it was reasonable. While here the technician also gave us an estimate on how much it would be if we were interested in replacing the doors (60 years old) or the garage door openers (13 years old each) as the other door keeps resetting at close about 4" from the bottom- he determined it is the opener and when we get tired of resetting- then replace. No pressure. We appreciated the honestly, reasonable price, and quality work BEFORE the cold snap. Thanks for fitting us in Precision Door Service!
