Ron, stop by today for a door that was not closing properly. He did some maintenance, door worked and stated the problem was the old motor. He stated if we continue to have problems he would install a new motor, left information for the motor and did not charge for the visit.

Very helpful. Realize we don't need a new garage door, will just need a new garage door opener, and key pad. Ron tuned it up for the meantime. And we will have him replace the old garage door opener and key pad very soon.

I chose Precision because 5 years ago, on a Sunday, the spring on my garage door broke and we could not open the garage. I called the garage door company I used before and they weren’t able to come out for 2 weeks. Both cars were in the garage and we would not have been able to go to work the next morning. I called several garage door companies with no luck and then I called Precision. There emergency tech arrived 2 hours later on Sunday. My springs were replaced and I was very pleased with the job that was done and the tech that did the work. This service was to replace the safety sensor that a wild animal had chewed through. The tech that arrived was the owner and he was very professional and did a great job. I highly recommend Precision for your garage door needs.

Our garage door decided to break on Thursday night. Contacted Precision on Friday, and the problem with fixed on Sunday. Easy to deal with, and the job was done quickly (along with fixing a few other things that the original installer did wrong). Had Precision install openers and new doors in 2012, the Technician was very helpful providing education in the care and maintenance of the equipment. Fast forward to 2026, 13 years! and began experiencing intermittent closing problems on one of the doors. Called for a service appointment which was promptly scheduled as this was not an emergency, the Technician called ahead on the day of the appointment and asked if it was okay to come earlier than scheduled, when does that ever happen!, Turns out the technician was the Owner of the Company, Ron, he promptly diagnosed the problem, a bad board, which was corrected with the installation of a new opener vs trying to find replacement parts for an opener no longer in production. Ron also went above and beyond by lubricating both doors and replacing the bottom rubber seals. I can't say enough about the professionalism of this company, the quality of the work and cleanliness after the job is done.
