They arrived on time, Sean was very personable and got right to work with his assistant, and they made a reasonable recommendation and then completed the work promptly and thoroughly. They gave me a very thorough walkthrough of the new system once the work was complete. I would definitely bring them in again, but suspect I won't need to any time soon, given their good work today!

The response was fantastic. My garage door broke while I was leaving for work in the morning and Ron had it fixed before noon. Ron called to let me know he was coming on his way, with about 15 minutes notice. He was courteous, friendly, professional and carefully listened as I described the issue. He quickly diagnosed the issue and repaired it within minutes. Additionally he lubricated both garage door openers to be sure they were in good working order. The cost was less than I expected it to be. Excellent business. I highly recommend!

The owner himself answered my call. He's a "No B.S" person who -- obviously -- knows Garage Doors and their associated equipment. He suggested I call the original installer for a return visit, and educated me as to the nature of their mistakes. During our conversation he made a few adjustment himself, lubricated the "moving parts", and raised the door opener so it no longer dragged across the body of the door as it went up and down. All this at no charge! If you're looking for competent and honest assessment Precision Garage Door Service is, in my opinion, your best bet.

Our door opener was purchased from Precision. 2 weeks ago our door would start to close, then quickly reopened. I lubricated the wheel and rails then it worked. Last week after several attempts it again would not close and could not adjust it, so we called for service. Ron arrived and in several attempts the door closed every time with no problem. Upon getting ready to go to work, I discovered that the spring on my garage door broke during the night. I was unable to open the door and get my car out. I discovered Precision via a web search. They informed me that I could obtain emergency service that same evening. I booked an appointment, received a call at work around 10 AM and due to a cancellation, they would be able to fix the door in the morning. Although I wasn't there, I gave them my CC # and when I got home the work was complete - - above and beyond what I expected. My detached garage was built in the 1950s and the door is outrageously heavy. I could open it with one finger if I chose to. I received a text message from Precision with the tech's name and # along with his photo so a person would know who to expect would be arriving. I will call again and definitely use them for the other door and ask about openers. I am so very impressed and happy with the service, price, reliability and workmanship. I will specifically as for my tech by name. Lastly, I purchased new spring, rollers and cables.
