Precision door installed my opener about 5 years ago. They are quick to respond to issues and questions. There was an issue with the original door opener installation that was quickly resolved. I have now decided to add the battery backup (which I would highly recommend). Since my power goes out often, the battery backup will keep me from having to reset the open and closed positions.

Your technician, Z was fantastic! He was pleasant, polite and very good at his job. He gave me three options for service, explaining the pros/cons and prices of each option. He explained everything as he repaired my door. If I need repairs in the future, I would welcome Z back

I'm sorry I forgot the name of the person who did the work on our garage door, but he was great. He kept me informed as he was doing the work; made worthwhile suggestions of some things I would never have thought about; and was very thorough and quick with the work he did. He left information about some possible new garage doors if that becomes a future issue, pointing out that the money to keep repairing this nearly 40 year old door might be better spent on a new one.
