Thank you Precision for your excellent service on Father’s Day! Ron came out at 8 AM Sunday morning with no additional fee considering it was Father’s Day. He quickly diagnosed the sensor issue, replaced the sensors, did some light maintenance and was on his way within 15 minutes. Very glad I chose Precision to install my garage opener 5 + years ago because their follow-up service was amazing. Highly recommend!

The technician sent me a text prior to his arrival, so I knew who’d be coming to my door. When he arrived, he inspected the garage door opener (which was ancient and had broken) as well as the door’s mechanical system, which needed work. I would recommend Ron and his company to anyone. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He thoroughly inspected my door opener and found it was jammed and proceeded to fix it. He also inspected my garage door and oiled the joints. It's as good as new (even if it is 20 years old.) He also made a point to stress that if your garage door is stuck in the open position to NEVER pull the opener cord. Wait for a professional to safely lower the door. It is very dangerous.
