He listened carefully to my description of the problem, figured out what could be causing it, and had it fixed in less than fifteen minutes.

The technician Zikret Osmic was prompt. He examined the Garage Door Opener and answered all my questions. He insured I understood how the opener worked and that the sensor lights were working correctly. He also lubricated the rollers so I am comfortable the door is working correctly.

My garage door intermittently failed to open or close. Sadmir diagnosed the problem and outlined my options. He efficiently made the repairs and took the time to thoroughly discuss the work both before the job and after the work was completed. He arrived on time, communicated very well and overall did an excellent job. He was very knowledgeable and informative. I would gladly use him again.

Zikret, Precision's technician was great. He was very knowlegdeable and professional. After assessing my garage door, he showed me what was wrong. He ended up having to replace the springs, bearings, rollers, and a few other things. Scheduled to have the service from online on Sunday and they came out two days later which I was very pleased about. Highly recommend them.
