The trolley that runs along the rail part of my system broke after 25+ years. I was given a same-day appointment and Sean arrived even earlier, with advance notice. The age of my system meant replacing the whole opener, which Sean was able to handle on the spot in about an hour and a half. He offered two options, explained their features, got the one I picked up and running smoothly, and explained the new system and what he had replaced - all at a reasonable price. Highly recommended; I was very happy with my experience, and will use Precision for any future garage door needs.

I really appreciated Sean's work, he laid out what he was going to do before doing it and quoted me the price for each thing even when I didn't ask for that. He was very quick to get the door fixed from an unusual issue of non-broken but weaker than expected springs. He also made sure to tell me there's a 3 year warranty on them and even left them for me as I requested.

This time the technician was very good the prior technician apparently put the wrong springs on for my garage door.
