The best. I will use Precision again and recommend them without hesitation. Felix Coriano was skilled, professional, friendly, patient. He did an excellent job of removing two old doors that had not functioned for many years. He installed new doors, new hardware and removed all the old remnants from the old and packaging from the new. I used Precision because the other two overhead door companies I contacted were incredibly expensive or the people I spoke with were abrasive and rude. It was a pleasure to speak with Felix before the job and I couldn't be more pleased with the finished work.

He gave me three options for the repair and was helpful in explaining each repair approach and didn’t pressure me towards one or the other but advised me on the long/or short term repair fixes.

The owner came out on time and gave us a fair estimate for a new garage door. The crew Zikret and his helper (sorry, forgot his name) also showed up on time and installed the door. The next day, we noticed some minor problems and called Precision and arranged for a time for the technician to come back and repair. He actually came a day early because he was in the area and fixed the minor repairs within 5 minutes. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who need repair/replacement garage doors.

He did a thorough assessment of the situation and provided a multitude of options for taking care of our issue. Technician arrived to install a garage door opener that I had purchased. The tech showed up without a ladder tall enough to perform the work and then informed me that since the box was open (it was torn) that he couldn’t install it. He insisted that we return it and get a new unit.
