Garage door and opener replaced 5/23/24 by Sadmir Hamzic. Technician arrived at the appointed time and completed the installation in a timely manner with no issues encountered. Our new garage door and opener work flawlessly - we're extremely pleased with everything. Sadmir explained the operation of the opener and instructed us about the routine maintenance (door hinge and bearing lubrication, etc.) that we should perform to keep the door running smoothly. Ron came out to give me an estimate on a new garage door. He arrived promptly and also let me know when he was on his way. He gave me the estimate and then went to work adjusting the door so I would be able to close it. When I offered to pay him for work done he said it was his good deed for the day. Since Ron is the owner of Precision I think this experience speaks a lot for his company.

Arrived home last night from out of town travel to discover garage door opener chain had disengaged from track and door could only be operated manually. several years ago had had good service from Precision for a different problem, so I called this morning. They were able to provide emergencies service in less than four hours, Sadie, technician, was very professional, courteous and thoroughly likable. He diagnosed the problem promptly and replaced the 15 year old unit with a new one…all on this same visit at a reasonable price. Hopefully wiil not need their services anytime soon, but fully recommend to anyone who does

My garage door opener would not work. Found the spring had broken. Since this is something that does not happen very often, once in a lifetime, we had no idea who to contact. It was easy to schedule an appointment. They do not charge extra for Sunday service. The technician (Sadmir) was efficient and competent. He called to ask if he could arrive early. He finished the job quickly and answer all my questions. I elected to not only fix the problem but replace other aging parts while he was here.

I must say, Precision Door Service proved to be an excellent choice to replace the springs on my garage door. Using their on-line appointment scheduler I was able to secure a visit the very next day. No issue whatsoever. Phil M. showed up at the appointed time and proceeded to work up a quote for the work. The price, I thought, was more than fair and Phil accomplished the work within an hour. Great service. Had new door installed last year and had new garage floor put in last Fall. Rain water was coming in under the seal. Door needed to be reset due to new floor. Came the next day after I called. The initial install last year was also really good. Ron measured and explained the new door and opener options himself. The guys that did the install were marvelous.
