I have call numerous times over the years. Precision has always responded the same day for emergencies. I get my garage checked semi-annual with tips to maintain my garage. Easy scheduling with the office (nice and professional). All techs are great, east to talk to and professional. I have had this garage door and opener since 1993, it's time to replace it. I will be calling Precision for my replacement. Thank you for your service.

I called to have a minor repair done, so I made an appointment, and the receptionist told me she’d send a message to the repair folks. Dave called me right away, came the next day, and fixed everything a week and a half earlier than my appointment. Precision installed our door years ago and did a great job. We recently had a cable break on our door's tension spring so I called to schedule someone to come take care of it. They said someone could be to my house between 7 to 9 PM, which was okay. Mark (The technician) called later in the day and let me know that my appointment could be earlier at 4 PM. When he got there we greeted each other wearing masks. After an inspection, he explained what was needed to fix the problem and how much the bill would be. I left him to do the work and he knocked on the door when he was finished about a half hour later. Mark was very professional and explained how I could minimize having this problem in the future. This was fantastic service. A++

Found Precision Door through Google. Super easy to make an appt. Multiple reminders before appt and call ahead from technician. Affordable and fixed right on the spot. Mark Sherman was extremely thorough in replacing the springs and got our aged garage door running in no time. He was extremely polite and professional. We would highly recommend him and precision doors to anyone.
