Highly recommend! 24/7 service. I called at 8am on a Friday and my service was completed by 10:30am. Owner Ron was friendly, kind, and professional. No sales pitch at all. Great work at a fair price. Very efficient process. Information, scheduling, estimate, work done all triple-documented via phone, text, and email. I work in customer service myself and I absolutely would / will call again. I am very pleased with Precision Door Services. When I called I was told someone would call me between eight and 10 in the morning. I assumed it would be closer to 10. Zikret Osmic called me shortly after eight to tell me he was 17 minutes away. I was pleased that he showed up within 17 minutes. He was very professional and knowledgeable told me what I needed. Called at 11:30 this morning (Sunday) for a repair and Ron was here at 1:30. He made the repair then inspected whole door and lubricated it. Very professional. Finished by 2:00. The repair cost was very reasonable. An excellent experience.. same as when the door was purchased from and installed by Precision.

Technician Sadmir did a great job. I asked him if I could watch him as works and he was okay with that. He replaced 2 coil springs and all the rollers on the door. What a difference that made. It runs smooth and quieter. Like a new door. I asked a lot of questions on the upkeep of the door. I liked his answers, and I learned a lot. I would recommend Precision door service to others.
