Precision has serviced my garage doors for the past twelve years. There has always been a courteous and friendly voice answering the phone and scheduling appointments. The friendly techs arrive on time and are courteous. Any necessary work, with price options, is clearly explained before work begins. There is no pressure to choose one option over another. The work is done correctly the first time. Any debris is completely removed. Precision is the company I continue to call.

A technician, Dave Ackley, came the same day I called. My remotes were not communicating with the garage door opener. He quickly solved my problem and also did a general maintenance check. The garage door is now moving (and starting and stopping) much more smoothly.

I was unable to install myself and my wife struggled with the manual door. I called and selected E-service because your schedule was over a week out. Ron came on time and we discussed potential options. Found Precision Door through Google. Super easy to make an appt. Multiple reminders before appt and call ahead from technician. Affordable and fixed right on the spot. Mark Sherman was extremely thorough in replacing the springs and got our aged garage door running in no time. He was extremely polite and professional. I have call numerous times over the years. Precision has always responded the same day for emergencies. I get my garage checked semi-annual with tips to maintain my garage. Easy scheduling with the office (nice and professional). All techs are great, east to talk to and professional. I have had this garage door and opener since 1993, it's time to replace it. I called to have a minor repair done, so I made an appointment, and the receptionist told me she’d send a message to the repair folks. Dave called me right away, came the next day, and fixed everything a week and a half earlier than my appointment. Busted garage door spring. Google search. Hope for the best. In this case - very happy how things turned out. Service tech was the owner of the company - out grinding away on a Saturday afternoon. That should be all you need to know about this company. Talked to me about the repair, made it happen in a flash, didn’t try and sell me new expensive doors - and he was gone. I’ve used Precision Door Service several times for various issues with my garage doors, primarily broken springs which can be dangerous to work on if you don’t know what you are doing. My most recent service call resulted in my 18 year old opener needing replacement because of a failed circuit board. Felix from Precision arrived at the exact time the agent on chat said he would, and BTW the service call was placed entirely on chat while I tended to a business call, in less than 10 minutes nonetheless. Felix diagnosed the issue and offered options, including replacement with a WiFi enabled opener which I planned on getting if it ever needed replacement. Felix had the new opener on his truck and replaced it in a little over an hour, and we were back in business albeit with new capabilities like being able to know if our door is open and being able to operate it from anywhere in the world. Precision continues to deliver world class service at competitive pricing and their tech’s like Felix are fantastic to work with.
