Ron did me the favor of fitting my repair job in at the end of his day rather than scheduling a tech to come after hours. He fixed my garage door within minutes so that it would go down and up plus he gave me the estimate for replacement of the bottom section which does not need to be done immediately. He remembers installing my door 6 years ago, so we had a very sociable chat about our dogs, too. It is a pleasure to do business with someone who treats his customers so politely.

Hi Precision, Mr Mark Sherman came prepared with a mask! He called to let me know when he would be arriving.He was very professional & courteous! Only Precision for me.Hoping that day won't come anytime soon. Thanks to my stupidity for growing a small tree that sprouted through the cement partially inside the garage & partially outside it made Mark's job simple.I forgot to ask about the coupon that I couldn't print without a computer.Oh well! The service call was a waste of time. My original phone call for service indicated that a new rubber bottom would be installed The clerk on the phone was useless. She should have asked about our dooor so as to not waste time. I kept this morning open to be here for nothing We have chosen a local vendor to repair our door. Disappointed in Precision performance We have used you in the past with no problem Sorry

Technician arrived promptly and received quote shortly after our appointment which was nice but that’s about the only positive things I can say. I was asked how much I wanted to spend at the beginning of our visit which I did not like at all. He said he didn’t want to give me quotes on doors that I didn’t want ($$$) . I was also asked questions I didn’t know answers to like “ do you want an insulated or non insulated door ?” Never explaining the difference when he clearly knew I didn’t know which . He seemed annoyed when I didn’t know what I wanted . Maybe these things could be explained when scheduling the estimate. The technician made me feel like he was annoyed and I was wasting his time . I even had the furnace installers all day and they walked by and overheard our conversation and when the AC guys left at the end of the day they asked about garage door and I expressed how I felt and they said they picked right up on his tone/attitude with me. I will not be using this company because I am sure there is another company out there that cares about customers and how to talk with them . I never even looked at the prices because it didn’t matter at this point .

After contacting another company and waiting 6-hours for a call back, which never came, I called Precision. They scheduled an appointment and Senaid was here within 2 hours! He replaced both springs and had my garage door opening, again, in 45 minutes! Very nice guy who really knew his stuff. Wish I would have called Precision in the first place! I’m going to call and have them back to replace my garage door opener, which is old and noisy, and my garage door... which is original to my 1972 built home! From start to finish, extremely friendly and professional service. Great find... I highly recommend!

Precision Door was great from the time of quote all the way to installation. They responded to our quote request immediately, stopped by to look at our garage door and gave us a free quote while on site. We ordered a custom color door and still it was delivered in only 3 weeks. We scheduled delivery upon ordering and they called the day before to confirm the time. I really liked that we received a text with a summary and picture of who our technician was the morning of. And, our technician personally called us when he was 20 minutes away. The door installation was quick, no issues, and our technicians were professional. Great product and service! Highly recommend Precision Door for any garage door or opener needs!
