Was having issue with door not closing. Of course once Mark got there at end of day he reset the manual option and naturally the door closed. He explained that he believed it has to do with the time of day/sunshine. He explained the sensors so I now know how to look at them (esp. the green one) and make sure it is not flashing. Also explained the lock feature on my units since I wasn't sure and he sprayed the tracks/wheels so the garage is definitely quieter. All in all he answered my questions. Explained things to me. Phil Mormon worked quickly - finding a problem with the sights not working properly, testing all my controls (even extending the reach of one and remounting it), changing the light bulbs, and completing a full inspection, all in about a half hour, and for the same fair amount the scheduler announced and Phil confirmed before starting the job.
