I contacted Precision Overhead Garage Door Service because one of the two springs broke on the garage door, trapping my car inside! I desperately needed my car because of numerous doctor appointments that I did not want to cancel and reschedule. Your repair person came promptly the same day, replaced the springs, made some minor adjustments, and released my car from its dungeon! Zikret Osmic called me shortly after eight to tell me he was 17 minutes away. I was pleased that he showed up within 17 minutes. He was very professional and knowledgeable told me what I needed.
