Felix was wonderful. He quickly diagnosed that the gear on my 24 year old door opener was going and showed me the evidence. He gave me the price to fix it. After the install, he walked me through what he had done, showed me all of the features. Felix was professional, answered all of my questions. The garage door now works like new. At approximately 4:30pm Sunday afternoon, following a minor incident that forced my garage door off its track and half-open - therefore creating a safety and security problem, I immediately researched "garage door repair" via the Internet. I was very pleased and relieved to find Precision Door Service's website advertising "We Are Open Today, Sunday July 5, 2020, Appts: 8:00am - 5:00pm." I quickly called the phone number provided on their website. A very courteous Precision Door Service representative confirmed my address and stated a technician would arrive by 7pm. Twenty minutes later I received a phone call from the technician (Chris) who stated he would arrive in 10-15 minutes; which he did and promptly (as well as efficiently) fixed my garage door without additional parts or unnecessary labor. Total cost under $100.00.

Precision was prompt and professional in every way; from the scheduling person to the Technician, Felix. He was congenial and very thorough. While the problem was easily fixed, he went beyond expectations and lubricated everything and checked all aspects of the door’s operation to be sure it was safe and ready to be used regularly. I felt cared for and respected. Thank you Felix and thank you Orecision!!
