Just had a service call for a humming motor in the motor unit. Felix, the service technician, diagnosed problem as stripped gears and very old and needs replacing. Good diagnosis, bought new Lift Master. Install was very professional, fast and courteous. Love all the new features on the new unit. Highly recommend this company.
