Your Tech arrived well before expected. He looked at the problem (broken spring) assessed the repairs needed and gave me an estimate right away. I approved the cost and he had my door fixed and operating better than ever in no time. The price was very reasonable and the entire process was completed within about an hour from when I called. Outstanding service!!

We called Precision because they had replaced our garage door opener at our last residence in Hamlin. The owner, Ron, came today to our new home in Churchville. He was very efficient and did a great job replacing the springs and giving service maintenance to the garage doors.

Felix was our technician. He came over and taught us all about our garage doors (my neighbor's too). He explained that what I wanted done would not help the situation. He was 100% correct, I didn't even think about what he told me. The point is, he could have given me a song and dance and charged whatever - and replaced whatever - but he didn't. He was so honest. We were both very appreciative and impressed, it doesn't happen like this too much anymore. So, which company do you think the both of us, actually 3 houses (another neighbor was watching too) will go to when we have any kind of garage door issue? It would be Precision AND I would ask for Felix.

Our contractor recommended Precision for our new garage door install. Mark came and set us up with a new door in no time at all. A few days later there was a problem (not Precision related) with the door staying closed. Mary booked us with an appointment for the next day at noon. Mark called me at 10am and said he'd be at my house in half hour! Again, he came in, diagnosed the problem immediately, corrected it and was on his way in no time. Ron was the man!!!! I was blown away with his level of expertise. My garage door spring busted and I was contemplating on Making it a DIY project.....I am glad I didn’t!!! He not only replaced the broken spring, but also tweaked my garage door to open and shut more smooth then before the door broke. I was impressed with his skills. He even nailed down how old my garage door was to the year just by looking at it from a distance!!!! That’s experience you could depend on. He did not mess around.
