Making a repair appt was fast & easy - only a couple day wait time, not weeks. I was (as promised) contacted by the tech coming out. He called first to advise he was running a bit behind, and then texted me when he was actually on his way. Thankfully repair was quick & easy. Mark knew what he was talking about, knew what he was doing, and got it done. He gave me an exact price PRIOR to doing any work. Their customer service is unbelievably great. I initially requested for an emergency service because one spring of garage door was broken and, unfortunately, the door could not be opened manually. I thought the repair would not be done until evening. To my surprise, they contacted me in the early afternoon when one of the technicians was available. The technician showed up within one hour and fixed the problem in 30 minutes. Guess what? The surcharge of the emergency service was waived. I will surely recommend my friends to choose Precision for the garage door service.
