I needed an adjustment to my garage door. It would either go all the way back up or after my adjustment go part of the way up. I called Precision after checking reviews online. I made the right decision as Mark Sherman responded to my house ahead of schedule. He was very professional and informative. He had it adjusted and lubed the spring and rollers before I could get out of my truck. I would not hesitate to call again.

I was very please with Dave on his knowledge and work that he did to repair our garage door. He was pleasant and very professional. Excellent service from call to finish. Came out at 9 pm to fix broken door and was professional, efficient, and helpful. Called Precision after contacting another company whose service technician was rude and unwilling to make an after-hours call even though they advertise as such. Precision was excellent and we will be purchasing a new door from them because of the wonderful service we received.

I highly recommend Precision for their professional service. My garage door opener failed. My nephew told me to make one call and that was to Precision, the company that he used for service at his new home in 2017. The service technician, Eric, called in advance, even though I was his first customer of the day. Eric listened as I described the issue of the garage door opener fail and as I have detached garage with no other entry point than the door with no key access, Eric was able to lift the door enough to gain entry to the garage. He assessed the issue, gave me options for replacing the 27 year old opener and completed the work within 1.5 hours. In addition, Eric provided me with an added solution by installing a Key Release, which allows manual access as an override to use when the power is out. In addition, Customer Service - excellent. The Customer Service Rep was able to accommodate my schedule when making the appointment.

Dave Ackley is clearly experienced, very professional and completed our repair as promised. In addition to the repair, he checked the door and track assembly and lubricated the moving parts. Dave also explained how to maintain the door and what to look for as it ages. Great job!
