I'm Happy with the service I received from Precision door. My appointment was at 8:00 am the technician arrive 15 minutes early. Introduced him self dress professional and greet me with a smile. The service was great and Ron was very knowledgeable. Will refer to friends and family.

I chose Precision on a friends referral and because they were close by. I appreciated that the service person was prepared to install a new garage door opener and I did need so no time was wasted. Thank you so much for your immediate response to my garage door concern. Mark came and found that it was most probably just a matter of the door needing to be oiled. He checked it, oiled it and my door is opening and closing. I am very pleased. First time customer but now I know who to call should I have door problems!

Hey, we were in tough straits. At 7:30 am we heard a very loud thump in our garage. It was the main spring on the OH garage door -- that sprung!! NO way could we open the door. Cars trapped inside. Had appointments to get to. Got "Precision" on the phone -- said they would be there ASAP -- good to their word, Ron from Precision Overhead Garage Door Service arrived at 9:45 am and by 10:30 am we were on our way to our appointments . . . !! THANK YOU, Ron . . . !!!

Today ( 6/1/2018 ) Felix Coriano replaced our old garage door with a new one. He was very pleasant and did the job alone. It was obvious that he is a well trained technician. Star Rating: 5 P.S. he said when he arrived that he thought that he would be finished around noon. At 12:05 PM he was done and pulling out of our driveway. Also he called in the morning to let us know the time that he would arrive. Great job Felix!

We called Precision primarily because of its 5-Star rating, but also it’s location. Our technician,Marty, was personable, efficient, made sure the job was done correctly and really seemed to take pride in his work! Big bonus is that the cost to repair our garage door was no where near what we expected it to be. I would highly recommend Precision!

Dave explained what repairs needed to be done, completed them in a timely manner, and showed me the damage on the parts that he replaced. In addition to replacing the broken spring, which was the reason for the service call, he replaced the corroded cables and the rollers which were making noises. Dave was courteous and a great representative for your organization.

A great experience with Precision! Had called other garage door companies and we not impressed with their customer service/salesmen (felt like we were a bother). Ron came out and gave us our options for two new garage doors...reasonable price ($675 a piece vs other quotes of up to $975 for the same door installed). Ron was terrific! Doors were ordered and installed with no problems. Installer was on time, got the job done with no problems and the doors look and work great!

Marty was courteous and friendly. I contacted Precision Door to find out what was wrong with my Genie door opener and if it could be repaired. I was never told what was wrong with it or whether or not it could be repaired (I did later see a review that they don't install Genie products so I am still wondering if mine can be repaired)... Instead he tried to sell me a new door. Why? Because my door (which even he admitted is in great condition still) is old and heavy. When I said a new door was not happening he explained that he was recommending it because one of my springs was not in great condition and the other spring was doing all of the heavy lifting (a new door would be lighter and have a different spring system). When I asked point blank if the spring could just be replaced I found out it could but that they don't carry springs that large and it would have to be ordered. While he was figuring out a new estimate for me I started looking online for spring costs. Well, I was quite surprised when Marty's quote for springs was 3 times the retail price I found online. I understand businesses mark up the products they sell but 3 times the RETAIL price is a bit excessive. Your staff is friendly and I don't doubt that your company has good products and does good work. I do however wonder about your honesty and integrity. I value honesty and the way this visit was handled does not make me comfortable with your company.
