Amazing service!!! And FAST!!! We had a beautiful new garage door installed a few years ago by Precision and knew that it was only a matter of time before we needed a new garage door opener. They never tried to push that on us either and said that the one we had was still working fine. Well..... today was the day that it stopped working! I called Precision at 11:15 and the whole thing was installed by 1:00!! Great people!!! Thank you so much!!!

Yes, I ran into my own garage door! I only wish I could have blamed someone else. However, it only got better from that point on. I called Precision and Ron came out the next morning. What a pro! He helped me choose the right door at a great price, and arranged to have it installed two days later. Dave arrived right on time and was finished in a flash. He cleaned up all the old door parts, the boxes, everything. Precision recycles and that's very important to me. Most of all, l LOVE my new garage door. It's better than I imagined. Thanks Precision. You've earned my business.

After a rough start and a few SNAFUs, I'm happy to report that my new garage door is very garage doory! Honestly though, Drew had a rough time of it between a door screen he had never seen and then finding out that the wrong sized door had been sent. He was rightfully frustrated, but kept calm and showed nothing but a professional demeanor. Once the initial humps were dealt with, things went smoothly and as an added bonus, the door was 100% finished just as the rain hit. Hopefully will never need a new door again, but if I do I know who I will call!

The large main spring broke on our garage door holding one of our vehicles "hostage". We called Precision first thing the next morning and they scheduled us for a repair that same day. Felix and Dave were the technicians that came to fix the spring. They did a great job, were friendly and very personable. We would definitely call Precision again and highly recommend them.

I have 2 garage doors that I wanted serviced and purchased a service deal on Angie's list for one of them. When setting up the appointment, I informed the company I would like to have my 2nd door serviced as well but was only able to purchase one deal on Angie's List at the time of checkout. When Mark showed up I explained the situation and he called his boss to see what he could do on price for the second door. To my amazement Precision honored the Angie's list price for the second door. Mark was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He did a fantastic job explaining everything and did top notch work. I would highly recommend Mark & Precision to anyone having issues with their garage door. Thank you for the excellent customer service!

Precision Door removed and old garage door and installed a beautiful insulated "woodgrain color" door and opener 3 years ago and recently came out for a maintenance check up. They are an excellent company to work with- on-time, efficient, friendly, cost competitive, and knowledgeable. When we arrived home Sunday afternoon and our garage door wouldn't open, we were sure the spring was broken. We immediately called Precision as we have successfully used Precision to maintain our door for several years. I was pleasantly surprised to find out your service Tech could be here so quickly! (Monday morning) Drew, our technician, was very thorough and made sure I understood what he needed to do and showed me the damaged parts he needed to replace, before doing the job. Before deciding which garage door company to choose, I got estimates from all of them. There wasn't a big difference in prices but there was a huge difference in way of doing business. Precision was the winner by far. Now that the job is finished, I know I made the right choice.
