I have 2 garage doors that I wanted serviced and purchased a service deal on Angie's list for one of them. When setting up the appointment, I informed the company I would like to have my 2nd door serviced as well but was only able to purchase one deal on Angie's List at the time of checkout. When Mark showed up I explained the situation and he called his boss to see what he could do on price for the second door. To my amazement Precision honored the Angie's list price for the second door. Mark was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He did a fantastic job explaining everything and did top notch work. I would highly recommend Mark & Precision to anyone having issues with their garage door. Thank you for the excellent customer service!

Precision Door removed and old garage door and installed a beautiful insulated "woodgrain color" door and opener 3 years ago and recently came out for a maintenance check up. They are an excellent company to work with- on-time, efficient, friendly, cost competitive, and knowledgeable. Would not hesitate to use them on any garage door project , or recommend them to any of my friends and neighbors.

I have called on Precision Doors to fix a few different garage door issues over the last decade. They are always polite, punctual, and good at the job. When we arrived home Sunday afternoon and our garage door wouldn't open, we were sure the spring was broken. We immediately called Precision as we have successfully used Precision to maintain our door for several years. I was pleasantly surprised to find out your service Tech could be here so quickly! (Monday morning) Drew, our technician, was very thorough and made sure I understood what he needed to do and showed me the damaged parts he needed to replace, before doing the job. He was the epitome of professionalism and completed the job in a timely manner so that I could get to my 11:00 appointment. Thank you Drew!!!

Called at 8:45 and Drew arrived less than 2hrs later. We discussed options on repairing the broken spring and worn bearings. His honesty was truly refreshing. As for the actual repair, not only was it completed promptly, but it was very apparent Drew takes great pride in his work. We chatted a bit and I found him to be exceptionally amicable, professional, and a truly interesting person to talk with. I would not hesitate to request Drew service our garage door and would readily recommend him to anyone. His work ethic, honestly, and pride in his work are a rare, wonderful combination to experience these days.

Good service and everything explained thoroughly. Curtious repair technicians. I understand why service charges are done. However if repairs are made service fees should be waved. If I decided not to use the service then the service charge would be changed to customers. Overall good service. This is the second time we used you and would considered again.

Drew Stewart installed a replacement garage door opener today. He was extremely prompt, efficient and very pleasant. He made sure that I operated the new equipment and was very helpful since I am in my late 80's. I would highly recommend him and the service was definitely five star.

On the sixth snowiest day of all time in this county, Precision got to our house for a busted spring on the garage. When the tech arrived, he got a call from the office saying they were going to close for the day due to weather, and, they should have closed, it was terrible out there. The technician stayed and fixed the garage before leaving. He is our HERO
