5 stars. I had a single garage door with opener installed. I initially talked with the owner who examined our garage, explained the various options, and provided a quote. The door was installed within a week. The technician was knowledgeable, conscientious, and courteous. The quality of his workmanship was excellent. My experience from beginning to end was first-rate. We are getting so many compliments on our door. Dave was great, he really know want he was doing: and so polite. If 5 stars is the highest rating I would give him 6. I could not believe that one man could install a garage door, but he did and so efficiently. We have already recommended Precision to our friends and neighbors. The young lady in the showroom, I believe her name is Mary was great, with out her help, we could not have made up our minds. She talked to us about different styles of doors and let us take home samples and that made all the difference when it came to color. P.S Loved the dogs.

One of our old garage door extension springs broke, leaving the heavy wooden door stuck in the closed position. I called Precision and they came the next day--a Sunday evening. Mark and I got the door open to get our car out. He said he could replace both springs but recommended replacing the door with a new steel door and safer spring system. There was no pressure to buy and since our existing door was 50 years old, we ordered a new door from Mark during the service call. Since we needed a non-standard 15 foot wide door, Precision did not have the model we wanted (with windows) in stock and had to order it. They scheduled installation 3 weeks out. On the scheduled date, Felix called prior to arrival, took about 4 hours to dismantle and remove the old door and install the new one. We are very pleased with the new door which is much quieter than the old one, while letting in daylight. I am a stickler for customer service and I have to give kudos to this company. The call-takers were efficient and polite. The two technician/installers were very courteous and professional. I found this company on Angie's List and would highly recommend them.

Precision is the only company in Rochester you need to call. No leaving a message and waiting for a call back. They perform emergency service after business hours. My tech was great!

A cable broke on my garage door after regular working hours. I couldn't wait until morning to get the garage door opened. I called Precision and Mark came around 9:00 P.M. He was very tired after having started working early in the morning but he was still very pleasant and even took extra time to repair a part to save me the cost of a new one. He is the person I would call for any garage door repair.

I was very pleased with the service and professionalism of both Techs, Ron and Mark involved in the estimate and completion of the work done on my garage. When Ron did the estimate, he also made a small repair free of charge so that I could continue to use the original door till I was ready for the new door.
