Called Precision and they were extremely helpful in setting up the appointment. Technician Mark came out and performed the install and he was great. He was on time, curteous, did a great job on the install and was thorough. Also, explained how the opener worked and helped me connect it to the already existing keypad. Mark also gave me tips on easy maintenance I could perform to increase the life of the opener and door.

After doing some on-line research, I decided to go with Precision for my new garage door opener. Their Chamberlain openers are great and much quieter than my old machine. My Brother was having a new garage door and opener installed at his new home. Precision had installed and serviced the garage door/opener at his previous home and he was extremely satisfied with their service. I happened to be visiting my Brother when Ron arrived to give him an estimate. I mentioned to Ron that I was interested in a garage door and opener at my home and wanted to make an appointment for an estimate. Ron offered to come to my home, in the neighboring town, after he was done with my Brother. I had my estimate and install appointment scheduled soon after. The technician, Drew, arrived at the scheduled time shortly after giving me a courtesy call that he was on the way. He was courteous and professional throughout the 4+ hour install. Listen folks, as homeowners we have all had different service providers performing contracted work at our homes with varying degrees of customer satisfaction. All too often people are more inclined to hop onto a website to complain about bad service than to take the time to comment on an excellent job. I guess it's because, when we spend our hard earned money, an excellent job is what is expected and sometimes taken for granted. Precision Garage Door provided stellar service from estimate to install and will be my service provider for all my garage door needs in the future.
