Mark showed up at the appointed time! Good planning. He installed the new opener as agreed to. He was courteous and professional. He also was able to do the job in the time-span he quoted. Cleaned all debris and other material away. I would recommend him to anyone for this kind of work. In summary: Good Job ! ...5 stars to you !

Great job from start to finish. We originally contacted Precision when one of our door springs broke. Ron came out as scheduled, very professional and VERY personable. Because the door was due for replacement and we were planning on it within a year we contracted Precision to replace the entire door. The process was seamless and kudos to Mary in the office and Dave the technician for great service. HIGHLY recommend these folks!

Garage looks great. I am very pleased with everyone involved. From Ron's original quote and consultation, Mary's professionalism in the home office and especially Marks performance with the installation and overview. Great Job by all and I will defiantly refer Precision Door to my friends and family. 5 Star Rating

We needed a new keypad installed for our garage door and called Precision. Everything from the appointment to the install was performed in a professional manner. On the day of the install we were called prior to the technician showing up to let us know he was on his way. The job was performed by owner Ron Kull who was professional, knowledgeable and went the extra mile to make sure we were satisfied in every way. When we need our garage door serviced in the future, we will call Precision again.

Felix performed the tune-up service on our garage door - which had started to sporadically fail to open. He performed the service quickly and professionally and explained the likely causes of the issues and even pointed out some concerns with our second door (which was not being serviced, and now will probably work longer without service thanks to his advice). Highly recommend!

The center mount of the lift spring had come loose due to a poor decision made during the original installation. (not done by Precision) I was most impressed with materials and craftsmanship when the repairs where completed. The technician was out standing and a pleasure to work with.

Overall service was fine. One issue: we were told the technician would arrive between 10A.M.-noon (I have the email), but he arrived at 9:00 A.M. which was a bit inconvenient.

When our garage door broke we spoke with a number of area companies but quickly decided to go with Precision after meeting with Ron. Scheduling was quick and easy, Ron was very punctual for both the estimate and the install and was very respectful during both. The price was the better than the competition and he did not try to "sell" us on a particular product, just gave us the choices and facts. In our case our door was stuck in the open position and Precision was the only company that offered to close the door for us if we choose to go with them, and Ron returned the night we called to do just that. I have already recommended their service to a family member and will continue to do so in the future.

I had Precision replace a heavy wooden manual garage door with a new garage door and a Liftmaster automatic door opener. Mark - the Service Technician - did a terrific job. I shopped around and found that Precision had a good quality product, gave me the best deal and provided a quality installation. Very pleased!

Mark was great! On time, explained everything well and did a great job replacing the broken spring and doing a general "tune up" on my door including new rollers.

I called and set up an appointment to have Ron come out and access the condition of my door. I have never received better service with any company ever. He put up with my ignorance and answered every one of my questions to my understanding. He also fixed my door not knowing this was going to be a service call. he was extremely competitive as well. Pricing is not an issue when you receive the type of service they give. I cannot recommend them enough. Thank You Ron
