Phil was the initial service person, that was sent on an emergency visit. Precision installed my door 2 yrs, ago and in my opinion the door should not have needed to be repaired, so soon. However, Phil was knowledgeable, thorough in his assessment and reassured me that this would be resolved. He enabled the door to be raised, so that I could move my car out. All in all, he was great! Next day, Chris the manager came out as promised, to complete the repair. He stood behind the Precision's reputation to do what it took to make the customer happy, in a situation, where I was annoyed that this issue happened. Both servicemen provided excellent customer service.

I had a new garage door installed by Precision a few years ago and recently had a new opener system installed. Both times the service was timely and professional techs came out. We tried opening the garage door one evening and found it would not open due to a broken spring. We call Precision and they sent a technician within a half hour. Although we had to pay an "emergency" service fee to get the quick response, the peace of mind of having the repair done was worth the extra cost. The technician did an excellent job doing the repair and checked the whole system (other spring, rollers, opener, etc.) to ensure proper operation.

At approximately 4:30pm Sunday afternoon, following a minor incident that forced my garage door off its track and half-open - therefore creating a safety and security problem, I immediately researched "garage door repair" via the Internet. I was very pleased and relieved to find Precision Door Service's website advertising "We Are Open Today, Sunday July 5, 2020, Appts: 8:00am - 5:00pm." I quickly called the phone number provided on their website. A very courteous Precision Door Service representative confirmed my address and stated a technician would arrive by 7pm. Twenty minutes later I received a phone call from the technician (Chris) who stated he would arrive in 10-15 minutes; which he did and promptly (as well as efficiently) fixed my garage door without additional parts or unnecessary labor. Total cost under $100.00.
