My 18yr old son is a Jr. A Hockey player. He plays for WB/Scranton Jr. A Knights. I also really take pride in my job. I look forward to meeting you, and going over your door with you. I was impressed that a repair person could come out within 1 day after I called. The opener is working fine and the repair was less than half the price of a replacement opener. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Precision. This was the second time we used Precision. They replaced our door two years ago and we've received a lot of compliments on it.

Incredible Customer Service!!! I got a return call after hours, Ron came to the house the next day, such a nice guy and very professional! A week later, Mark shows up, he called ahead and was able to come earlier than scheduled! Terrific guy! Oh yeah, as for the product, they replaced a large garage door on a pole barn, very reasonably priced! Beautiful door with a new key pad and two remotes!! Thanks so much and if you are reading this review and looking for a new door or service, look no further. These guys are real deal and you will be very pleased!! Good luck!

The spring on our 1939-model flip-up garage door sprung its moorings with a bang; I called you guys based on these reviews and Mark Sherman came out on a bitter-cold morning, pronounced the spring itself (long out of production) OK and drilled it back in better than it had ever been, spray-lubricated everything and threw in a new door handle -- quick, all business, and reasonable. Bought us some time and when this finally does quit we'll definitely be back. Thanks!

Called for same day service. My old garage door came off the track, and was hung up half open. Technician arrived within a few hours, helped me get my car outdoors, and the old garage door closed. New door installation was scheduled two days later, installed quickly and efficiently, in some very cold weather. I'm very satisfied.

My roller on one side had come off a track, which had rusted badly at the base. Mark came out on a Saturday and did a quick fix that let me open and close the door. He returned the following weekend and gave my old door mechanisms a complete rebuild. Now it opens and closes better than I can remember. I'm a happy new customer.
