I have call numerous times over the years. Precision has always responded the same day for emergencies. I get my garage checked semi-annual with tips to maintain my garage. Easy scheduling with the office (nice and professional). All techs are great, east to talk to and professional. I have had this garage door and opener since 1993, it's time to replace it. Busted garage door spring. Google search. Hope for the best. In this case - very happy how things turned out. Service tech was the owner of the company - out grinding away on a Saturday afternoon. That should be all you need to know about this company. Talked to me about the repair, made it happen in a flash, didn’t try and sell me new expensive doors - and he was gone. Really appreciated the ease of the process from start to finish on the repair. Highly recommend Precision Door.

Ron made a very long trip very late in the day to do an emergency repair himself to help us (a senior couple) because the rest of his techs were tied up helping other customers. If the rest of his staff is is even close to his talent, efficiency, knowledge, friendliness, professionalism and fairness ... well, we’ll just say you can’t go wrong to ask them to fix ANY of your garage door problems!

I was unable to install myself and my wife struggled with the manual door. I called and selected E-service because your schedule was over a week out. Ron came on time and we discussed potential options. He installed a belt drive unit which I had requested.His work was excellent and this was a pleasing experience.I would recommend Precision to everyone.
