After an inspection, Ron suggested a quick fix that I could try myself in the short term yet eventually the older door would need replacement that could wait until spring. Ron did a phenomenal job repairing my garage door (and I was so grateful there was no issue getting it fixed on a Sunday)! It has Never sounded so quiet or run so smoothly! I truly appreciate the excellent service in all aspects (timeliness, professionalism, cost and no push to buy something I didn’t need). Spring on our garage door broke last night.Called Precision Door Service on Saturday and was able to set up an appointment that very day.Actually had a late afternoon appointment but the owner called and said they’re was a noon appointment available.Awesome!!!...He actually showed up an hour early and was done within 20 minutes!...very impressive and professional work.Would highly recommend and look forward to any future work that needs to be done.Thank you once again.

Precision has serviced my garage doors for the past twelve years. There has always been a courteous and friendly voice answering the phone and scheduling appointments. The friendly techs arrive on time and are courteous. Any necessary work, with price options, is clearly explained before work begins. There is no pressure to choose one option over another. The work is done correctly the first time. Any debris is completely removed. Precision is the company I continue to call.

I was unable to install myself and my wife struggled with the manual door. I called and selected E-service because your schedule was over a week out. Ron came on time and we discussed potential options. He installed a belt drive unit which I had requested.His work was excellent and this was a pleasing experience.I would recommend Precision to everyone.

I have call numerous times over the years. Precision has always responded the same day for emergencies. I get my garage checked semi-annual with tips to maintain my garage. Easy scheduling with the office (nice and professional). All techs are great, east to talk to and professional. I have had this garage door and opener since 1993, it's time to replace it. Busted garage door spring. Google search. Hope for the best. In this case - very happy how things turned out. Service tech was the owner of the company - out grinding away on a Saturday afternoon. That should be all you need to know about this company. Talked to me about the repair, made it happen in a flash, didn’t try and sell me new expensive doors - and he was gone. Really appreciated the ease of the process from start to finish on the repair. Highly recommend Precision Door.
