Ron called to say he would be arriving earlier than expected which was great. He assessed my garage door and door opener situation, and gave me options to fixing/replacing them. He was very professional in all the steps that followed: repairing my older door and replacing the opener with a much updated model. He gave me the approximate time of completing all of the work and was well within those limits. I am so pleased with my finished products (door and opener). The door opens so quietly compared to my older one. I am extremely happy with Ron and Precision Door. Ron was direct, and very helpful. Our Genie is 20+ years old and may not last much longer. He unplugged the unit, plugged it back in and it appear to work again (perhaps not for long). But there was no charge, as he said “I didn’t do anything.” That alone was refreshing! He did lubricate the rail, and said he hoped it lasted, but is sending me a quote for a replacement should the time come soon.

I’ve used this service before ( 2013) and found them to be efficient, professional and and personable. When a spring broke on my garage door this week, I naturally called Precision once more! The appointment process was smooth and the operator was pleasant to talk to even when I had to change my appointment date. ( I forgot I had a prior commitment). Ron arrived at stated time and was cheerful, professional, helpful and repaired the door in under 30 minutes. My garage was filled with detritus from on going renovation/ tossing out predicament , but Ron cheerfully moved things about in order to access the problem. At completion, he offered to help me replace the items back to the garage - which I though was wonderful ( but not necessary). Cheerful, friendly, professional and efficient. Great service.
