Had a Precision garage door opener installed in 2015. Keypad stopped working after 8 years. Called the company and they came right out. Luckily the only problem was a dead battery. Like the very quiet operation and how quickly they show up to service their equipment

The only good thing is they gave me a new remote to open existing garage opener. The man that came, Ron, was the owner. He was grouchy, rude, and condescending. Worst customer service I have ever encountered. For a minor fix as well. Never calling them again.

First of all, Your office gal was very pleasant and thorough. I went with your company because I used you for my garage door replacement a few years ago. I had a great experience then and I had gotten a few estimates and you were the least expensive. Today I needed an extremely old remote replaced and also needed a new keypad, so I called precision. The owner came out. He is very personable and explains what you need to know. All in all, another good experience with Precision. Very pleased with the quick response also. I would highly recommend them to anyone, and if need be, I would call them again.

Our spring broke at 6:30am this morning (Saturday). I called Precision at 8:00 when they opened and Rob was here by noon. He was in and out in 15 minutes and was a super nice and pleasant guy! The owner came out on time and gave us a fair estimate for a new garage door. The crew Zikret and his helper (sorry, forgot his name) also showed up on time and installed the door. The next day, we noticed some minor problems and called Precision and arranged for a time for the technician to come back and repair. He actually came a day early because he was in the area and fixed the minor repairs within 5 minutes. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who need repair/replacement garage doors.
