We had a cable break on the door for my wife's garage entrance on a Sunday morning (of course....). I called Garage Doors Rochester and answered the questions regarding location, etc. The scheduler gave me a time "between 12 and 2 pm). The service provider arrived a few minutes early, diagnosed the problem, and started work right away. While testing the door, a different cable on the same door (1993 installation) broke. He fixed it, tested it, and lubricated the cables and springs on both doors. On time, efficient, (and working efficiently in a 24 degree garage). Perfect!

The torsion springs snapped on my garage door. I called Precision Door because of a recommendation from a friend. They got me an appointment in a couple of days. We recently had an issue with our old garage door opener. Precision Garage Door came to assess our problem. Unfortunately, they were not able to repair it. We ended up buying a new unit from them which quickly installed. Ron was very professional. He did a great job and was creative in finding a solution to how to install the control unit in our old, cinder block garage. This was not the first time we called Precision. We had used them several years prior for a simple realignment. They are very professional and reasonably priced. They do excellent work. We would highly recommend them to anyone needing new or repair work.
