I have used Precision Door Service for the last 7 years. Each time, the tech was on time, courteous, knowledgeable and answered every question I had. Based on my experience with them, I will only call Precision for any problem with my garage door.

We had a cable break on the door for my wife's garage entrance on a Sunday morning (of course....). I called Garage Doors Rochester and answered the questions regarding location, etc. The scheduler gave me a time "between 12 and 2 pm). The service provider arrived a few minutes early, diagnosed the problem, and started work right away. While testing the door, a different cable on the same door (1993 installation) broke. He fixed it, tested it, and lubricated the cables and springs on both doors. On time, efficient, (and working efficiently in a 24 degree garage). Perfect!

The torsion springs snapped on my garage door. I called Precision Door because of a recommendation from a friend. They got me an appointment in a couple of days. Ron the owner came out to service my door himself. He was on time and completed the job quickly. Ron explained everything to me very thoroughly. Besides being a great technician, Room has a great personality. I will definitely recommend and call them again.

After calling and scheduling a with a different company that never showed up, I called Precision to have our broken garage door spring repaired. I was able to schedule for the following day. Fifteen minutes after scheduling, I received a call from the owner, Ron, that he had a cancellation and could be over shortly. Ron was friendly and professional and had our repair done in about 40 minutes! I am so thankful for the quick and excellent service! I wish I had called Precision first. We will only call Precision for our garage door needs moving forward and will highly recommend the company to others.

This is the second time we have used Precision to repair our aging garage door when it failed unexpectedly. Both times the techs have been punctual, professional and very reasonable. Appreciate the fact they sent a Bio of tech prior to their arrival. Highly recommended if you need any repairs or new installation. Will definitely use them big needed again in the future.

We recently had an issue with our old garage door opener. Precision Garage Door came to assess our problem. Unfortunately, they were not able to repair it. We ended up buying a new unit from them which quickly installed. Ron was very professional. He did a great job and was creative in finding a solution to how to install the control unit in our old, cinder block garage. This was not the first time we called Precision. We had used them several years prior for a simple realignment. They are very professional and reasonably priced. They do excellent work. We would highly recommend them to anyone needing new or repair work.

I selected Precision based on their reputation as expressed by others. My interest was to obtain their perspective on whether I needed a repair or replacement garage door. After an inspection, Ron suggested a quick fix that I could try myself in the short term yet eventually the older door would need replacement that could wait until spring. Spring on our garage door broke last night.Called Precision Door Service on Saturday and was able to set up an appointment that very day.Actually had a late afternoon appointment but the owner called and said they’re was a noon appointment available.Awesome!!!...He actually showed up an hour early and was done within 20 minutes!...very impressive and professional work.Would highly recommend and look forward to any future work that needs to be done.Thank you once again.

Precision has serviced my garage doors for the past twelve years. There has always been a courteous and friendly voice answering the phone and scheduling appointments. The friendly techs arrive on time and are courteous. Any necessary work, with price options, is clearly explained before work begins. There is no pressure to choose one option over another. The work is done correctly the first time. Any debris is completely removed. Precision is the company I continue to call.
